起动试验：starting test 为确定起动转距而使电机在规定情况下从静止状态开始加速至负载转速所进行的试验

直流电阻测定：resistance test 用直流电测定绕组电阻的试验

铁心损耗试验：core test 为确定电机铁心叠片（通常不带绕组）的损耗特性或片间绝缘的有效性而进行的试验

振动试验：vibration test 为测定电机各部分在规定条件下的振动情况而进行的试验

轴电压试验：shaft-voltage test 在电机带电情况下，为测定电机可能产生轴电流的电压而进行的试验

换向片间电阻试验：segment to segment test 测定换向器相邻片间电阻以检查绕组是否良好的试验

绝缘电阻测定：insulation resistance test 在规定条件下测定绝缘电阻的试验耐电压试验：high-voltage test 介电强度试验：dielectric test

在绝缘上施加高电压以确定绝缘介质强度是否符合要求的试验匝间试验：interturn test ; turn-to-turn test 为检查匝间绝缘的完好情况而进行的试验。试验时，以规定幅值的电压施加于绝缘导体的相邻匝之间

冲击电压试验：impulse test 在绝缘件上施加一个非周期性瞬变电压的试验

运行：

最初起动：breakaway 电机从静止到开始转动这一瞬间的状态

加速：accelerating 电机从最初起动直到工作转速的过程

同步：synchronizing 同步电机在完成加速过程后，与另一同步电机或电源进入同步

运行的一系列步骤

理想同步：ideal synchronizing 在使同步电机与另一同步电机或电源进入同步时，调节电压、

频率或相位角，使该同步电机的电状态尽可能与双方一致的同步过程

―星-三角‖（Y-△）起动：star-delta starting 把三相电动机初级绕组先接成星形接入电源，然后改接成三角形做正常运行的起动方式

全压起动：direct-on-line starting 把电动机直接接在额定电压的电源上的起动方式

同步运行：synchronous operation

异步运行：asynchronous operation

自耦变压器起动：auto-transformer staring

电抗器起动：reactor starting 把电动机与电抗器串接做降压起动，然后把电抗器短路

使电动机正常运行的起动方式

转子串接绕组起动：rotor resistance starting 先把绕线转子电动机或同步感应电动机的转子绕组与起动电阻串接起动，然后把电阻短路，

使电动机做正常运行的起动方式定子串接电阻起动：stator resistance starting 先把电动机定子绕组与起动电阻串接降压起动，然后把电阻短路，。。。。。。。。。

串并联起动：series-parallel starting 先将电动机每相的并联定子绕组改串联通电起动，然后再改为并联，使电动机做正常运行的起动方式

部分绕组起动：part-winding starting 先将电动机每相并联绕组中的一个支路接入电源起

动，然后改为每相全部支路并联接入电源，使电动

机做正常运行的起动方式

转速周期性波动：cyclic irregularity 由于原动机转距的波动所引起的转速周期性变化

追逐：hunting 在一稳定转速上下的转速波动

振荡：phase winging 追逐方式之一，同步电机在同步转速上下做周期性波动

建压：voltage build-up 发电机建立励磁和内电势的过程

电流脉动：current pulsation 在相当于负载转动一周的电流周期内，电动机电流的最高幅值

与最低幅值之差，用该周期平均电流的百分比表示(电动机的)转速调整率：regulation （of a motor）由于负载变化而引起的转速变化，用额定转速的百分比表示

无火花换向区：black band 在换向器电机中，当电刷位置固定，负载在一定范围内变化而

不发生火花的换向极磁场强度变化范围

极距滑动：pole slipping 同步电机的磁场系统相对于电枢中的磁通滑过一个极距的过程

单相运行：single-phasing 多相电机在电源实际上以成为单相时的不正常运行状态

电磁制动：electromagnetic braking 用电磁铁使制动闸与电机接触或分离的制动方式

电制动：electric braking 使电机产生电能并使之消耗或反馈给电源，从而使电机降速的制动方式

能耗制动：dynamic braking 电制动方式之一，将被励电机从电源断开并改接为发电机，

使电能在其电枢绕组中消耗，必要时还可消耗在外接电阻中

电容器制动：capacitor braking 感应电动机的能耗制动方式之一，当电机从电源断开后，用

电容器来维持励磁电流，从而使电机做发电机运行

直流制动： d.c. injection braking ; d.c. braking 感应电动机的能耗制动方式之一，当电机

从电源断开后，用另一直流供应励磁电流从而使电机作为发电机运行

回馈制动；再生制动regenerative braking 使电能返回电源系统的电制动方式反接制动：plug braking ;plugging 将感应电动机电源相序反接或将直流电动机电源极性反接的电制动方式

涡流制动：eddy-current braking 电制动方式之一，其能量转化为金属中涡流所产生的热量而消耗

负载、工作制、定额

负载：load 电机输出的功率

空载：no-load 旋转电机在额定条件下以正常转速运行而没有输出时的状态

停机和断能：rest and de-energized 电机处在既无运动，又无电能或机械能输入时的状态

输出功率：output power 电机输出的电气或机械功率

输入功率：input power 供给电机的电气或机械功率

工作制：duty 电机所承受的一系列负载状况的说明，包括起动、电制动、空载、停机或断能及其持续时间和先后顺序等

工作周期：duty cycle 在一定时间内的负载重复变化过程，每个周期的时间较短，不足以使电机达到热稳定状态

热稳定：thermal equilibrium 电机发热部件的温升在一小时内的变化不超过

2k的状态

负载持续率：cyclic duration factor 工作周期中的负载（包括起动与电制动在内）持续时间与整个周期的时间之比

满载：full load 电机以其定额运行时的负载

满载值：full load value 电机满载运行时的量值

周期工作制：periodic duty 工作周期以规律性时间间隔重复的工作制

工作制类型：duty type 工作制可分为连续、短时、周期性或非周期性几种类型。周期性工

作制包括一种或多种规定了持续时间的恒定负载；非周期性工作制中的负载

和转速通常在允许的运行范围内变化

连续工作制——S1工作制continuous running duty-duty type S1

在无规定期限的长时间内是恒载的工作制

在恒定负载下连续运行达到热稳定状态

短时工作制——S2工作制short-time duty – duty type S2

在恒定负载下按指定的时间运行，在未达到热稳定前既停机和断能，其时间

足以使电机或冷却器冷却到与最终冷却介质温度之差在2k以内断续周期工作制——S3工作制intermittent periodic duty – duty type S3

按一系列相同的工作周期运行，每一周期由一段恒定负载运行时间和一段停

机并断能时间所组成。但在每一周期内运行时间较短，不足以使电机达到热

稳定，且每一周期内起动电流对温升无明显的影响

包括起动的断续周期工作制—S4工作制intermittent periodic duty with starting – duty type S4

每一周期由一段起动时间，一段恒定负载运行时间和一点停机并断能时间所

组成。时间均较短，不足以使电机达到热稳定

包括电制动的断续周期工作制—S5工作制intermittent periodic with electric braking –type S5

每一周期由一段起动时间，一段恒定负载运行时间、一段快速电制动时间

和一段停机并断能时间所组成。时间均较短，不足以使电机达到热稳定

连续周期工作制——S6工作制continuous-operation periodic duty – duty type S6

每一周期有一段恒定负载运行时间和一段空载运行时间组成。但在每一周

期内负载运行时间较短，不足以使电机达到热稳定
