煤矿水仓自动清挖系统的研究与应用

【内容摘要】本文以平禹煤电六矿为例，着重从主要性能、应用效果、主要创新点、推广应用前景等四个方面论述了煤矿水仓自动清挖机系统的研究与应用情况，特别是在煤泥抽排、全液压双腔双作用压滤设备的采用、增设煤泥水分流和管道回冲静压水接口、配置搅拌设备等方面的创新，不但有效提高了煤矿水仓自动清挖系统的工作效率，而且具有广阔的推广和应用前景。

【 abstract 】 this paper six ping yu coal mine as an example, mainly from the four aspects of main performance, application effect, the main innovation point, and discusses the application prospect of coal mine water warehouse automatically. the research and application of machine system, especially in the slurry pumping, hydraulic double chamber double action press equipment the addition of coal slurry pipeline, shunt and rushed back to the static water interface, configuration mixing equipment and other aspects of innovation, not only effectively improve the coal mine water storage automatic cleaning system working efficiency, and has wide popularization and application prospects.
