电子洁净厂房中FFU发热量计算探讨

在施工图设计阶段中,电子工业洁净厂房的冷热负荷计算是设计师关乎执行空调设计方案的重要依据,也是冷热源设备选取的根基。众所周知,电子工业厂房的冷热负荷特点是工艺设备为主要发热源,其维护结构及人员、灯光的负荷比例所占很小。那么对于洁净等级要求高的生产区,数量庞大的FFU可视工艺设备的附属环境设备。其发热量要深入研究才能得到精准的负荷计算书。目前仍有设计师把FFU的名牌功率单乘以其布置数量的记作FFU发热量做法并称此做法符合能量守恒定律。作者不以为然。

Abstract:In the stage of construction drawing design,the calculation of cooling and heating load of clean workshops in electronic industry is an important basis for designers to carry out the design scheme of air conditioning,and is also the basis for the selection of cold and heat source equipment. As we all know,the characteristic of cold and heat load of electronic industrial workshop is that process equipment is the main heat source,and the ratio of maintenance structure,personnel and lighting load is very small. Thus,a large number of FFU visualized processing devices are attached to the environmental equipment because of the high requirement for cleanliness in the production area. It is necessary to study the calorific value in order to get accurate load calculation data. There are still designers of FFU power sources who record the amount of their layout as FFU calorific amount,and who think this is in accordance with the law of energy conservation. The author disagrees with this.

引言

根據工业建筑特点,洁净空调不同于舒适性空调,其冷热负荷的组成特点也有较大的区别。洁净空调系统的主控参数比较严格,不仅体现温湿度精度控制,还体现在把控洁净度、噪声等级、防微震、工艺废气处理、严格的气流组织设计等方面。因此,洁净空调系统的冷热负荷计算也有区别于常规冷热负荷计算的特点。分析其组成有,人员、设备发热量(考虑冷却系统带走的热量)、维护结构传热量、FFU发热量、照明传热量、新风折减的发热量(考虑电子厂房新风处理送风点)等。本文笔者单将FFU这项计算拿出来结合实际工程项目做比对得出结论。

1 理论基础

(1)FFU风机过滤单元物理特点。FFU是由一个高性能、压出式、直驱式后径向叶轮风机/马达置于不锈钢/铝合金/镀铝锌箱体中,配合一个高效过滤器或
