曲马多用于术后镇痛的效果及安全性分析

【摘要】Objective:To investigate the effect of tramadol analgesia effect and safety of postoperative.Method:84 cases in our hospital from 2012 February to 2013 February were abdominal operation patients,randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,28 cases in each group,not given tramadol A group patients,B groups of patients with postoperative epidural analgesia with tramadol,group C patients after intravenous.Tramadol analgesia.Observe three groups of patients with respiratory system and circulatory system,three patients pain score and side effects,safety evaluation of tramadol analgesia.Results:the respiratory system and the circulatory system:the mean arterial pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate had no significant change;in pain score in group A,patients with pain relief time most slowly,and the degree of pain is the most important,compared with B group and C group of patients, with statisticaly significant difference (P<0.05),pain and the degree of pain relief time comparison between B group and C group, the difference was not statisticaly significant (P>0.05); mainly appeared dizziness,vomiting and nausea and other side effects,the most serious is the patients in the A group,but compared with B group and C
