In recent years, newspapers have carried stories about increased extinction (绝种) rates among animals, the greatly increased number of endangered species (物种), and the thousands of animal species that are now considered threatened(受到威胁的). 2018年度高二英语教师期末工作总结本学期,我担任高二年级5班和6班英语教学工作。在工作中,本人遵守学校各项制度,按时出勤、上课、组织学生晨读,积极参加学校组织的各种教学活动,严格要求自己,虚心向老教师请教,结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,认真备课、听课、及时反思,使教学工作得以有计划,有组织,有步骤地开展。立足现在,放眼未来,为使今后的工作取得更大的进步,现对本学期的教学工作总结 一、精心备课,激发学生学习英语的兴趣。 学生基础不好,差生又多这样上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,我每天都尽量使自己有充足的精神,这样,授课就事半功倍。在备课时我从学生的实际出发,立足学生的现实,精心寻找突破口,设计出不同层次的教学内容,想方设法使每一位同学都能参与到我的课堂教学中来,让他们在每堂课上都有所得。因为英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。所以在备课中设计出很多调动学生兴趣的活动方式,引发他们的学习积极性。课外辅导与课内讲课相辅相成。 二、认真做好培优辅差工作 学生在不断学习中,出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气,因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。平时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水平;对于肯学,但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望搞提高;对于纪律松散,学习不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果就会更好。在差生的辅导过程中,遇到了很多这样那样的困难,他们基础差,学习中解决困难的心理脆弱,好习惯与教师教给的好方法在实施过程中不能持久,由于惰性心理在做怪,很难将一件好的工作坚持到最后。反复性特别突出。所以在工作过程中,我把握住学生的这一特点,隔三差五就对他们进行一次思想教育,给他们打气,为他们解决问题,从思想和生活上给予帮助,让他们对老师产生信赖感,从而在学习和生活中愿意克服困难,提高自己。这一工作几乎是差生转化中的最难做而又最见效的。但是由于学生们,尤其是差生的基础实在是太差,想让他们能正常地跟上大部分学生的进度,目前还很困难。 三、关注学生情感,创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。 学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩,刻板的情态,不仅会影响英语学习的效果,还会影响其它发展,情态是学好英语的重要因素,因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间。 1、尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性。 2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来,创造各种合作学习的活动,促进学生互相学习,互相帮助,体验成就感,发展合作精神。 3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习,尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。 4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道,经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果,互相鼓励和帮助,做到教学相关。 四、加强对学生学习策略的指导,让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习。 1、积极创造条件,让学生参与到阶段性学习目标,以及实现目标的方法。即让学生体
