高中语文统编教材学习培训心得体会 作为铸魂工程最重要的一环,高中语文教材在新时期发挥着重要作用。此次学习,通过专家的讲座和课型的接受,让我受益匪浅。 一、注重价值引领 语文学科,作为文学、文化传播的重要途径,在价值引领方面发挥着其独特的作用,也散发着本学科固有的魅力。语文学科,是一门有张力的学科,保罗万象,跨越古今中外,所以,在新教材中,我们更加要侧重对学生的价值引领,树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观。 1.引领学生的历史使命感 作为新时代的青少年,他们所处的时代是信息化的时代,对于信息的收集与处理,是作为当下青少年学习的主要任务。作为教师,我们应该是一名领航员,是一名火炬手,是带领学生走出信息困扰,走出迷茫的掌门人。 作为历史发展的一环,我们每一代人所肩负的使命是不同的,也不可能相同。但是,老一辈无产阶级革命家为我们创造的幸福生活,稳定的社会环境,他们的付出,他们的精神,也将永远的载入史册,也必将为我们后代人所传承和发展。 毛泽东《沁园春·长沙》中所塑造的“同学少年”这一形象,正是我们需要培养学生的生活属性。“风华正茂,书生意气,挥斥方遒。指点江上。”是我对这一代青少年的希望。我会在新学年之处,分享“同学少年”应有的雄浑气概,让我们的学生,在风华正茂之年代,用于拨开云雾,在历史的长河中,辩证的看待的问题,对于时下的新闻热点,能够写出自己激浊扬清的文字。传承历史使命,塑造中华英魂,开创时代未来。 2.引领学生的爱国情怀 爱祖国,不仅热爱祖国的大好山河,爱祖国五千年的央央文化,更热爱祖国人民的信仰。这也让我联想到了必须上册教材中的两篇古文。在今后的教学中,我们可以把教材为契机,让学生充分理解知识外,更能深入到中华的文化之中,感受祖国的魅力。 《登泰山记》为我们简要的记述了泰山日出的雄伟壮阔,同时也在传递着祖国山河的波澜壮丽。通过群文教学、比较阅读,我们可以将《登泰山记》与初中所学的《小石潭记》、《岳阳楼记》及我们接下来要讲的《滕王阁序》等文章进行集中的比较阅读,不仅领略祖国的山川异域,更能够被在中华大地上所建造的人文景观所吸引。透过文化现象,体味背后的文化内涵,是中国文人的对祖国的热爱,是文人骚客对文化的执著。通过学习,让学生树立文化自信,制度自信的情怀,深化学生对祖国的认识与理解,对国家的热爱与真诚。 二、加强对教材的研究 教材作为文化的载体,是精神的引领,是情怀的引领,是对一代人影响的直接因素,用好教材,深刻理解教材,也成为我们青年教师的真正的备课内容,只有不断的研究教材,拓展教材,才能够让自己对教材理解的更深刻,也能够在课堂教学中更灵活的驾驭教材。 1.认真对待集体备课 集体备课,是各位老师集思广益的表现形式,是一个人通过自己的经历与学力,对教材的理解与把握,是每个人所呈现的最具个人特色的本质内容。通过集体备课,我们可以向各位老师广泛学习,取长补短,丰富自己的阅历,增加自己对知识和文化内涵的体会,便于自己在今后的备课与授课、学习与工作中的成长。总之,集体备课,是很有效的学习方式,也是一个学校的治学特色。

课程篇 美国高中化学教材中的职业生涯教育 周青赵永春 陕西师范大学化学与材料科学学院 摘要:学科教学融入职业生涯教育内容,不仅有利于培养学生的职业意识与职业素质,还有利于学科教学多维目标的实现。美国高中化学教材《Chemistry Concepts and Application》中职业生涯教育内容以专栏形式呈现,以案例访谈方式融入,对于学科教学的健康发展;课程资源的丰富;学科教学与技术教育的融合,促使学生形成终身学习的愿望与能力均有促进作用。 一、基础教育中的职业生涯教育 1、职业生涯教育的意义 职业生涯教育的概念出现在20世纪70年代的美国。职业生涯教育是从人的全面发展的角度入手,培养学生劳动观、职业观的教育。具体地说,是指将传授知识与学生将来的工作和生存方式相结合,帮助学生正确认识自我、认识职业发展与需求,使学生具有劳动观、职业观及相应的职业知识和技能的同时,培养学生了解自己,积极主动地选择人生道路的能力和态度。它主张通过社会、学校的共同努力、帮助学生建立切合实际的自我观念,并借助职业生涯选择、职业生涯规划、以及职业生涯目标的追寻实现与个人才能相适应的职业生涯教育目标。 基础教育阶段,学生处于心理逐渐成熟的时期,对未来生活充满幻想,对未来职业生活已有向往。因此,在这个时期,依据学生心理发展特征实施职业生涯教育,能够使学生形成对职业的理解,形成正确的世界观、价值观和人生观,树立正确的职业理想,科学合理地进行人生规划,为学生未来职业的健康发展指明方向。如果缺少必要的职业生涯教育,学生在就业或深造时,由于缺乏对职业的基本认识,为将来的发展埋下隐患。因此,我们必须对在基础教育阶段开展职业生涯教育的重要性和紧迫性有充分的认识,为学生进一步接受高等教育以及面对社会就业打下良好的基础。 2、职业生涯教育的目的 国外的职业生涯教育起步较早,并取得了一定的经验。早在20世纪,美国、英国、澳大利亚等国家纷纷把职业生涯教育渗透到基础教育的整个阶段,并且制定相应的法案保障职业生涯教育的顺利实施。其共同目标是:帮助学生发展自主的职业选择意识;教给学生一定的职业技能并努力使他们了解这些技

课题一 人每天需要的营养物质是什么 1、什么是营养和营养物质在日常生活中,经常会听到有人说某某物质(如鸡蛋)营养高、某某物质(如大白菜)营养低等说法。其实这种说法不够严谨。大家知道,人在生长发育过程中需要不断地从外界摄取食物,从中获取能量并合成自身组成细胞,吸取养分这个过程称为营养;可被吸收利用的物质,称为营养物质。因此营养实际上是一个动态过程,而只有被生物体充分吸收和利用的物质才能称为营养物质,如果只是被吃进肚里而没有被吸收、利用的物质不能称为营养物质。 现在让我们比较一下鸡蛋和大白菜。每100克鸡蛋中约含蛋白质10克、脂肪0.1克、碳水合物1克及钙19毫克、磷16毫克等;每100克大白菜中约含蛋白质0.8 克、碳水化合物1.5克、粗纤维0.3 克、钙42毫克、磷25毫克、维生素c13毫克等。鸡蛋中所

含的蛋白质等某些营养物质固然超过了大白菜,但大白菜中某些营养物质含量却超过了鸡蛋,特别是粗纤维和维生素c 等物质,鸡蛋中根本没有,而大白菜中的含量却较为丰富。再者,单就蛋白质而言,如果每天能吃250克大白菜,就可摄取蛋白质4克,这与一个鸡蛋(以50克计) 所含蛋白质的量相差不大。另外,如果一次吃某种食品(如鸡蛋)过多,会导致某些营养物质(如蛋白质)暂时摄入过量过剩的蛋白质不仅不能作为营养物质被身体消化、吸收、利用,反而作为废物排泄掉,从而有可能导致代谢障碍引发某些疾病,这些过剩的蛋白质也不能称为营养物质。由此看来,鸡蛋和白菜各有千秋,我们不能简单地说哪个营养价值高、哪个营养价值低。既使是水,由于它是人体细胞组成成分最多者,因此也是人体需要量最多的营养物质,是最基本的营养要素。在日常生活中只有食物多样化,才能均衡地摄取各种营养物质,让吃进肚里的食物成为名副其实的营养物质。 2、吃什么东西最有营养 2002年美国《时代周刊》专辑介绍了十大最佳营养食品,分别是番茄、菠菜、硬壳果仁、西兰花、燕麦、三文鱼、大蒜、蓝草莓、绿茶和红酒(排名不分先后)。去年世界卫生组织发表的一项调查,指出日本人是亚洲区中最长寿的一群。这当然要归功于日本人崇尚低脂肪饮食,多吃三文鱼和多喝绿茶的习惯。三文鱼的脂肪乃奥米茄3号脂肪酸,属有益的

美国高中化学教材CHEMISTRY: Concepts and Application中的定量实验 摘要定量实验是学生学习科学方法的重要途径。介绍了美国高中化学教材《化学:概念和应用》(CHEMISTRY; Concepts and Application)中的定量实验内容,以期为我国中学化学实验教学发展拓展思路,提供借鉴。 化学实验教学作为化学教学中的重要组成部分,是培养学生科学素养的主要阵地。化学实验一般分为定性实验和定量实验,定性实验主要解决的是“有和无”、“是与否”的问题[1];定量实验是指为了深人了解物质和自然现象的量的特征,揭示各因素之间的数量关系,确定某些因素的数值等而进行的实验。定量的学生实验以其特有的教学功能——是一种要求较高的探索活动,是学生获取知识、领悟科学思想、学习科学方法的重要途径[2],必将在化学实验教学发展中受到越来越多的重视。美国最大的教育书籍出版集团——McGraw-Hill的Glencoe公司2005年出版的美国高中化学教材《化学:概念和应用)(CHEMISTRY:Concepts and Application)的实验体系纳人了大量的定量实验内容,本文对该教材中的定量实验设计特点做了初步研究。 1 “CHEMISTRY:Concepts and Application”教材简介 “CHEMISTRY:Concepts and Application”教材在整个知识体系上是以化学学科的逻辑顺序编排,但在内容选取上重视知识与生活、社会的联系,全面渗透了STS思想;尤其是其实验内容的选取编排,充分体现了以培养科学素养为宗旨的新的化学教育目标。“CHEMISTRY: Concepts and Application”教材的实验内容以4个栏目的形式出现,分别为导航实验、实验室实验、微型实验、家庭实验,定量实验在各个栏目中均有分布。 2 “CHEMISTRY:Concepts and Application”中的定量实验 2.1 导航实验(Launch Lab)中的定量实验 该教材的导航实验安排在各个章节的开始部分,是学生在学习每一章新的概念的准备活动,通过提出生活中常见的问题,启发学生思考,自然地导人该章新知识点。这些实验的设计,使学生能够从量的角度人手,考查实验现象,从而培养他们严谨的科学探究态度。比如“仅仅是气体变热了吗”这一实验。实验目的是研究“温度变化是怎样影响气球内气体的变化的”,该实验是让学生测量充满气体的气球的周长,记为L;再把该气球浸人盛有冰水混合物的桶内约15 min,拿出气球,再测量其周长,记为Lp;比较Lp和L的大小;分析当温度升高时,气球内气体会发生怎样的变化。这个实验设计,操作非常简便,但是却能让学生参与测量,并根据有说服力的数据来得出结论。这大有“纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行”的理论联系实际的科学精神。 2.2 微型实验(MiniLab )中的定量实验 该教材中的微型实验是学生实验的主要方式之一,贯穿于教材的每个章节,且实验内容富有生活趣味性。例如“分子速率”实验,该实验让学生在分子扩散时间相同的条件下,通过测量分子扩散距离的大小,来比较分子速率的大小。取一洁净的直玻璃管,水平放置,在其左、右两端分别标记为A、B,再用两棉球棒分别蘸取浓氨水和盐酸,并同时把浓氨水和盐酸分别滴加在玻璃管的A处和B 处,让学生注意观察玻璃管内生成的白色环烟状的氯化铵,记下其在玻璃管内的位置为O,用直尺测量OA与OB的大小。因为反应时间相同,比较OA与OB的大

必修一 1《烛之武退秦师》 晋侯、秦伯围郑,以其无礼于晋,且贰于楚也。晋军函陵,秦军氾南。 佚之狐言于郑伯曰:“国危矣,若使烛之武见秦君,师必退。”公从之。辞曰:“臣之壮也,犹不如人;今老矣,无能为也已。”公曰:“吾不能早用子,今急而求子,是寡人之过也。然郑亡,子亦有不利焉。”许之。 夜缒而出,见秦伯,曰:“秦、晋围郑,郑既知亡矣。若亡郑而有益于君,敢以烦执事。越国以鄙远,君知其难也。焉用亡郑以陪邻?邻之厚,君之薄也。若舍郑以为东道主,行李之往来,共其乏困,君亦无所害。且君尝为晋君赐矣,许君焦、瑕,朝济而夕设版焉,君之所知也。夫晋,何厌之有?既东封郑,又欲肆其西封,若不阙秦,将焉取之?阙秦以利晋,唯君图之。”秦伯说,与郑人盟。使杞子、逢孙、杨孙戍之,乃还。 子犯请击之,公曰:“不可。微夫人之力不及此。因人之力而敝之,不仁;失其所与,不知;以乱易整,不武。吾其还也。”亦去之。 2、《荆轲刺秦王》 秦将王翦破赵,虏赵王,尽收其地,进兵北略地,至燕南界。 太子丹恐惧,乃请荆卿曰:“秦兵旦暮渡易水,则虽欲长侍足下,岂可得哉?”荆卿曰: “微太子言,臣愿得谒之,今行而无信,则秦未可亲也。夫今樊将军,秦王购之金千斤,邑万家。诚能得樊将军首,与燕督亢之地图献秦王,秦王必说见臣,臣乃得有以报太子。”太子曰:“樊将军以穷困来归丹,丹不忍以己之私,而伤长者之意,愿足下更虑之!” 荆轲知太子不忍,乃遂私见樊於期,曰:“秦之遇将军,可谓深矣。父母宗族,皆为戮 没。今闻购将军之首,金千斤,邑万家,将奈何?”樊将军仰天太息流涕曰:“吾每念,常痛于骨髓,顾计不知所出耳!”轲曰:“今有一言,可以解燕国之患,而报将军之仇者,何如?”樊於期乃前曰:“为之奈何?”荆轲曰:“愿得将军之首以献秦,秦王必喜而善见臣。臣左手把其袖,而右手揕其胸,然则将军之仇报,而燕国见陵之耻除矣。将军岂有意乎?” 樊於期偏袒扼腕而进曰:“此臣日夜切齿拊心也,乃今得闻教!”遂自刎。 太子闻之,驰往,伏尸而哭,极哀。既已,无可奈何,乃遂收盛樊於期之首,函封之。 于是太子预求天下之利匕首,得赵人徐夫人之匕首,取之百金,使工以药淬之。以试人, 血濡缕,人无不立死者。乃为装遣荆轲。 燕国有勇士秦武阳,年十二,杀人,人不敢与忤视。乃令秦武阳为副。 荆轲有所待,欲与俱,其人居远未来,而为留待。 顷之未发,太子迟之,疑其有改悔,乃复请之曰:“日以尽矣,荆卿岂无意哉?丹请先 遣秦武阳!”荆轲怒,叱太子曰:“今日往而不反者,竖子也!今提一匕首入不测之强秦,仆所以留者,待吾客与俱。今太子迟之,请辞决矣!”遂发。 太子及宾客知其事者,皆白衣冠以送之。至易水上,既祖,取道。高渐离击筑,荆轲和而歌,为变徵之声,士皆垂泪涕泣。又前而为歌曰:“风萧萧兮易水寒,壮士一去兮不复还!复为慷慨羽声,士皆瞋目,发尽上指冠。于是荆轲遂就车而去,终已不顾。 既至秦,持千金之资币物,厚遗秦王宠臣中庶子蒙嘉。 嘉为先言于秦王曰:“燕王诚振怖大王之威,不敢兴兵以拒大王,愿举国为内臣,比诸 侯之列,给贡职如郡县,而得奉守先王之宗庙。恐惧不敢自陈,谨斩樊於期头,及献燕之督亢之地图,函封,燕王拜送于庭,使使以闻大王。唯大王命之。” 秦王闻之,大喜。乃朝服,设九宾,见燕使者咸阳宫。 荆轲奉樊於期头函,而秦武阳奉地图匣,以次进。至陛下,秦武阳色变振恐,群臣怪之, 荆轲顾笑武阳,前为谢曰:“北蛮夷之鄙人,未尝见天子,故振慑,愿大王少假借之,使毕 使于前。”秦王谓轲曰:“起,取武阳所持图!” 轲既取图奉之,发图,图穷而匕首见。因左手把秦王之袖,而右手持匕首揕之。未至身, 秦王惊,自引而起,绝袖。拔剑,剑长,操其室。时恐急,剑坚,故不可立拔。

人教部编版高中语文高考经典古代诗词鉴赏 1 鹿柴[唐]王维 空山不见人,但闻人语响。返影入深林,复照青苔上。 【评析】这是写景诗。描写鹿柴傍晚时分的幽静景色,抒发了诗人怡然自得之情。诗的绝妙处在于以动衬静,以局部衬全局,清新自然,毫不做作。落笔先写“空山”寂绝人迹,接着以“但闻”一转,引出“人语响”来。空谷传音,愈见其空;人语过后,愈添空寂。最后又写几点夕阳余晖的映照,愈加触发人幽暗的感觉。 2 八阵图[唐]杜甫 功盖三分国,名成八阵图。江流石不转,遗恨失吞吴。 【评析】:这是一首咏怀诗。作者赞颂了诸葛亮的丰功伟绩,尤其称颂他在军事上的才能和建树。三、四句,对刘备吞吴失师,葬送了诸葛亮联吴抗曹统一中国的宏图大业,表示惋惜。末句照应开头,三句照应二句;在内容上,既是怀古,又是抒怀,情中有情,言外有意;在绝句中别树一格。 3 寻隐者不遇[唐]贾岛 松下问童子,言师采药去。只在此山中,云深不知处。

【评析】:这是一首问答诗,但诗人采用了寓问于答的手法,把寻访不遇的焦急心情,描摹得淋漓尽致。其言繁,其笔简,情深意切,白描无华。以白云比隐者的高洁,以苍松喻隐者的风骨。写寻访不遇,愈衬出钦慕高仰。 4 凉州词[唐]王翰 葡萄美酒夜光杯,欲饮琵琶马上催。醉卧沙场君莫笑,古来征战几人回? 【评析】:诗是咏边寒情景之名曲。全诗写艰苦荒凉的边塞的一次盛宴,描摹了征人们开怀痛饮、尽情酣醉的场面。首句用语绚丽优美,音调清越悦耳,显出盛宴的豪华气派;一句用“欲饮”两字,进一层极写热烈场面,酒宴外加音乐,着意渲染气氛。三、四句极写征人互相斟酌劝饮,尽情尽致,乐而忘忧,豪放旷达。全诗描写了边塞征战将士们纵情饮宴的热烈场面,并抒发了他们置生死于度外的豪放气概。全诗语言浅白,色彩浓郁,节奏明快,声情壮烈,是唐代不可多得的边塞佳作。 5 闺怨[唐]王昌龄 闺中少妇不知愁,春日凝妆上翠楼。忽见陌头杨柳色,悔教夫婿觅封侯。 【评析】:这是闺怨诗、描写了上流贵妇赏春时心理的
