高考阅读备考之名篇佳作——单田芳 编写人：高三语文组 时间：2018.12.6 君应有语：渺万里层云，千山暮雪，只影向谁去？——《摸鱼儿》元好问 做人的气节 萨苏 【导读：说书人上了台，把惊堂木一拍，代表的就是忠孝节义、天地良心。所以先生的书，幽默有之，诙谐有之，就是找不到猥琐，看不到迎合……】 七八岁时，我第一次听评书，就是单田芳先生的《隋唐演义》。直到现在，《隋唐演义》中的十八条好汉，我都能背下来：第一条好汉李元霸，第二条好汉宇文成都，第三条好汉裴元庆……还有各种“绝”，大傻子罗士信是一绝，秦琼的交朋友是一绝，杨广的混蛋也是一绝。 那时，“文革”刚结束，一听是单先生，所有老听众都热泪盈眶，就好像当年的说书先生柳敬亭复活了。柳敬亭曾入左良玉幕僚，南明覆灭后走南闯北，看遍人间百态。单先生也是这样，他一生受尽苦难，评书中的一句感慨就让你心生唏嘘。比如《童林传》里，混元侠、厉胆侠、安良侠、济世侠、紫面昆仑侠……说了一堆“侠”，他会突然冒出一句：“侠客多少钱一斤？”如果没有生活底蕴，就说不出这么五味杂陈的话语。 我第一次见先生，是2008年在北京电视台录节目。当时我便向他表达了倾慕之情，说从小就有两个心愿：一是与蒋百里（著名军事理论家）为友，二是拜单田芳为师。我给他说了一段“八大锤”——“岳家军”里最能打的四员大将，每人两锤，先生听完笑道：“现在想拜师也可以呀。” 从此，我一有空就去先生家拜访。我写东西像章回小说，喜欢“挖坑”，类似先生的“且听下回分解”，所以我们俩常在一起探讨。我还记得他拖着长音说：“主要还是要写人哪。写故事是次要的，把人物的灵魂写出来，作品就好了，就亮了。” 任何時候，先生的眼睛都是张开的，随时捕捉生活中有趣的东西。他有很多“先进”的爱好，当年在东北就是最早骑凤头自行车的，到北京也是最早开上私家车的，70多岁了还经常开车带上弟子，沿着三环路兜风。有一年，他过生日，我祝他长命百岁。先生说：“你知道长命的诀窍吗？就是没心没肺，傻吃闷睡。”意思是，像我们这些思虑过度的人， 长寿恐怕不太容易。 他对什么事儿都好奇。有一次，他问我：“日本那个森喜朗是怎么回事儿呀？”我告诉他：“那个首相不得人心，支持率只有5%，电视里看着人挺大个儿，其实只是肚子大，人不高。” 我写过一些公安刑侦题材的故事，都是小时候从前院派出所警察那儿听来的，诸如十八里店飞毛腿，电车上活捉盲眼独行大盗，帮北京动物园追河马、擒蟒蛇之类的。我讲给先生听，他听着也觉得好玩儿。我和先生的另一位弟子肖璞韬计划把这些故事录成评书，原想请先生说第一段，我们再跟上，现在只能我们自己慢慢摸索了。 其实这也是我和先生比较投缘的地方，我们都喜欢讲故事，尤其是市井民间的故事。当年柳永“奉旨填词”，有井水人家处便有人唱柳词。而今天，或可说有中国人处，便可听到先生说的书。他代表的是民间艺术，不沾官气，永远“草根”。 我曾经问先生，说书应该怎么说？他没有正面回答，而是讲了一个梅兰芳与杨小楼的故事。1937年，日本人占领北平，梅兰芳送杨小楼回乡。到运河畔，杨小楼问梅兰芳还唱戏吗？梅兰芳说不唱了。杨小楼说我也不唱了，演了一辈子忠臣孝子，不能临了失节。说完这番话，二人在码头上最后演了一出《霸王别姬》。一年后，杨小楼病故。 我想，先生要说的，是艺人的气节。他们在旧社会是“下九流”，但在动荡乱世，将军可以走，大员可以走，艺人心中的良心不能走。 说书人上了台，把惊堂木一拍，代表的就是忠孝节义、天地良心。“文革”那时候，很多人彼此揭发，互相争斗，在权力面前不讲良心，但先生却宁折不弯，打断了腿也坚持：“我没错，我不服！” 所以先生的书，幽默有之，诙谐有之，就是找不到猥琐，看不到迎合。单先生做人，永远捍卫自己的原则，“一力降十会”。我佩服先生的艺术，但更尊敬的，还是他做人的气节。
