张海燕，云南玉溪小学语文教师，国家心理三级咨询师，家庭教育指导师，思
维导图爱好者，自己一直在教孩子使用思维导图，有个9岁的女儿，也在使用
思维导图。
我非常开心，可以跟大家一起分享学习的感受，先自我介绍一下吧，我叫张海燕，是云南玉溪的一位小学语文教师，自从当了妈妈，就很用心地学习如何做
一个好妈妈。幸运的是在孩子不到3岁的时候，认识了龚老师，从此开始了自
己和孩子的成长之路。在成长过程中，深受龚老师的影响，明白作为父母需要
成长自己，为孩子营造一个开放安全的空间，需要更多地接纳自己，面对自己，成长自己，完善自己。而这样的一个过程是自然而然地产生的。作为家长需要
做的，就是陪伴，为孩子提供这样的环境，让孩子成为她自己的主人。在龚老
师的影响下，一直对孩子心智开发和心灵成长很感兴趣。
作为一个10岁孩子的妈妈，愿意跟大家分享一些自己学习使用思维导图，在引导孩子绘画导图的过程中的收获感受，感谢龚老师为我们搭建了这样一个平台，感谢各位妈妈爸爸能来参与今天的活动，感谢在线和不在线的每一个心在群里
的朋友。之前甜甜妈妈就跟大家有过关于思维导图的分享，今天我想在从另外
的方面跟大家有些沟通和交流。
今天我分享的主题是——《走近思维导图，我们一起成长》
一、思维导图的先关信息
大家可以想看这张导图，我们一起回顾一下关于思维导图的一些内容
大家可以最大化窗口，就可以更好地看到这张导图
这张图讲到了思维导图的发明人，讲了关于导图的特点、历史、作用、还有可
以开发人的四大思维。其实已经抓住了重点呈现了思维导图。
思维导图作为一种学习的工具，思维导图跟有哪些不一样的地方呢？接下来说
说思维导图的一些特点。
1、遵循大脑规律
大家请看，这张图，比较生动形象地揭示了大脑的分工情况，我们传统的学习
方式，更多的是使用了左脑，忽视了右脑。其实左右脑一起用，就像两个人抬
石头，总比一个人抬更轻松，不是吗？
思维导图就顺应了大脑工作的特点，属于全脑使用。大家可能也会发现，龚老
师目前做的课程，很大程度上是帮助孩子唤醒沉睡的右脑，更多地去让左右脑
协调发展，我们的孩子一旦从小就在右脑的工作，那么将来不得了哦。很多家
长还没意识到这一点。
思维导图的第二个特点——2、帮助记忆效果好
这是我女儿滴答画的一幅《打开大自然绿色的课本》的课文导图，课文很长，
孩子借助导图，很快就背下来了，可能大家都会有这样的感受，见到的人经常
会在下次见面时想起来，而只是听到声音的人却想不起了，讲知识内容视觉化，更利于学习和记忆，因为遵循大脑规律，所以能很快地记住很多东西，有助于学习效率的提升和记忆效果的增强。特点3——受众人群范围大
无论你是学生还是老师，无论你是家长还是校长，无论你是老板还是员工，只
要自己愿意学习，都可以学习思维导图的方法，提升学习力！
特点4——高端使用者很多
全世界所有发达的国家、一流的公司都在研究思维导图，像哈佛大学、牛津大学、剑桥大学等高等学府都在积极地推广和使用思维导图教学，像波音公司、ibm、微软、甲骨文等世界级的企业都在使用思维导图。
世界首富比尔盖茨也是思维导图的爱好者，早在1997年他写的《未来之路》里就明确指出：“未来的资讯开放之路，将会由了解思维导图和脑力开发的人来
引导”，“智能机器人和思
维导图将会是下一舞台我们获取信息的主要方法”。思维导图能够将众多的知
识和想法连接起来，并有效地加以分析，从而最大限度地实现创新！
这张图前次分享是时候，甜甜妈妈给大家看过。这是世界第一名的飞机制造公
司波音公司的内部照片，他们的工程师在制造飞机之前都要先画思维导图，以
提升工作效率，他们使用思维导图规划，节省了1100万美金！
特点5——突出重点条理清
有个定律叫“二八定律”，大家有了解吗？一本书的重点，所占的文字20% 左右，而这20% 的重点却发挥着80% 的作用，其实这只是一个以看书为例来讲的二八定律。很多人之所以害怕学习，那就是要去100%的书里去找东西，很累。
打个比方，知识就像珍珠，一颗颗散落，思维导图就把散落的珍珠串在一起，
一次就可以提起一串。
这是滴答的计划，分学科进行的，每一科要做怎么学习，一目了然，突出做计
划的目的。思维导图一般一幅图画就是一个相对集中的内容，之后会有一些分
块呈现的东西，这样对于培养人的整体规划能力、全局意识和全盘统筹考虑有
很大的作用。在不同的分支上有不一样的内容，对于归类整理，细节关注也是
一件很重要的事情。坚持思维导图的学习的话，会让人有大局观念，同时也会
关注细节，让人做事更有条理。
特点6——简单易学有趣味
思维导图比较好学，一边只要会写字会画画，都可以学习思维导图，你怎么想
的就怎么画，用画来代表文字，简单好玩。用不同的颜色、线条来画，可以激
发人的创造性，可以增强学习的乐趣。
特点7——应用范围多方面
思维导图可以应用在我们生活中的很多方面，可以用来写作、复习、规划、学习、笔记、选择、购物等等方面，其实思维导图最后将会上升为一种习惯，一
种心态。
