陶瓷电容器用环氧–酚醛树脂包封料的研究

摘要:采用单因素变量法研究了组成对陶瓷电容器用环氧-酚醛树脂包封料性能的影响

这种包封料干燥时间为8 h条件下耐溶剂性时间为70 h同时得到了各组分对包封料性能影响的规律加入六次甲基四胺的包封料干燥时间和耐溶剂性时间短

Study on Epoxy-phenolic Resin for Coating Ceramic Capacitors

(School of Materials Science and Engineering, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Zhenjiang Jiangsu 212013) Abstract: The influence of the composition of the epoxy-phenolic resin for coating ceramic capacitors on its properties has been investigated by means of single factor various method, and the law governing the influence has been obtained. The results show that the drying time and dissoluent resistant time of the coating material containing hexamethylene tetramine are shorter than those of the coating material containing more phenolic resin; and that when the inorganic particles are thicker, the dissoluent resistance becomes better; when the content of epoxy resin is 1.4% by weight, the dissoluent resistance becomes best. On the basis of the investigation, a resin with optimized properties is acquired. Its drying time is 8h below 20

. The study results can serve as the basis for preparation of epoxy-phenolic resin for coating ceramic capacitors.
