摘 要:对四川绵阳某氧化铅锌矿进行了浮选工艺研究三采用先硫后氧二先铅后锌的选别方案,经两粗一精一扫选铅二三粗两精一

扫选锌,在磨矿细度-0.074mm 粒级占90%条件下,得到了产率12.77%二铅品位66.10%二铅回收率88.23%二含锌2.87%二锌回收率

3.18%的铅精矿和产率18.76%二锌品位45.32%二锌回收率73.81%二含铅1.62%二铅回收率3.18%的锌精矿,全流程铅金属总回收率91.41%二锌金属总回收率76.99%三

Abstract :Flotation technology for an oxidized lead-zinc ore from Mianyang City of Sichuan Province was studied.A selective flotation,namely,recovering oxidized minerals after sulfide minerals and recovering zinc minerals after lead minerals,was adopted.A closed-circuit process consisting of two stages of roughing,one stage of cleaning and one stage of scavenging was used to collect lead minerals,and an open-circuit process consisting of three stages of roughing,two

stages of cleaning and one stage of scavenging was used to collect zinc minerals,with a grinding fineness of -0.074mm 90%,which produced a lead concentrate approaching 66.10%Pb grade at 88.23%recovery and Zn content of 2.87%at 3.18%Zn recovery,with a yield of 12.77%,as well as a zinc concentrate approaching 45.32%Zn grade at 73.81%recovery,1.62%Pb grade at 3.18%recovery,with a yield of 18.76%.It is shown that the whole process resulted in the total lead recovery at 91.41%,and the total zinc recovery at 76.99%.
