我国钢结构住宅产业化发展分析

摘要：随着我国国民经济发展和人口城市化进程加快，我国住宅建设持续发展，人们的居住条件逐步提高，对居住质量的要求也越来越高。本文针对国内外钢结构住宅产业化发展现状，阐述了国外住宅产业化发展对我国的启示，探讨了制约钢结构住宅产业化发展的因素，分析了我国钢结构住宅产业化发展过程中存在的各种问题，提出了相应的对策，并对我国发展钢结构住宅产业化进行了可行性分析，以期推动钢结构住宅产业化的健康发展。
