如何过健康的生活

在21世纪这个手机和电脑横行的时代，一不小心就会陷入网络的世界，而无法自拔，如何过好健康的生活，是对我们的考验。我们应该从健康饮食，早睡早起，不熬夜，参加运动，强身健体来过好我们的健康生活，形成健康的生活习惯。

一、尽量少用手机和电脑，少打网络游戏，不要沉迷在网络世界里，过好现实生活。

二、健康饮食。现代人的饮食丰富，各式各样的美食会引诱我们，所以现在普遍的人都存在过于肥胖的现象，我们应该节制自己，不要暴饮暴食。

三、早睡早起，不熬夜。每天要保证充足的睡眠，使身体得到充分的休息，拥有健康的身体才能做好工作和学习。

四、参加运动，强身健体。周六、日休息的时候可以去爬山、跑步或者去公园，了解和接触大自然，还可以去打羽毛球、乒乓球等，锻炼好自己的身体。

总之，要养成健康的生活习惯，持之以恒，才能拥有健康的身体，更好的学习和工作。
