【论文摘要】目的?通过了解门诊抗菌药物的使用情况分析，促进门诊合理使用抗菌药物，减少抗菌药物因滥用，导致菌群失调，使不敏感的或产生抗药性的细菌得以大量繁殖或造成第二次感染。?方法?通过采集门诊处方，并结合我院关于抗菌药物使用的各项规定进行，尤其对老人、孕妇、儿童这些特殊群体用药进行统计。?结果?使用频率较高，在使用抗菌药物处方中，用一种抗菌药物的处方占大多数，用二联抗菌药物占小部分，三联使用抗菌药物极少。结论?抗菌药物之所以有这么高的使用频率主要是对此类药物的过分依赖，因此要加强抗菌药物的使用监督，通过各种业务培训，提高医务人员清醒认识到过分使用抗菌药物将会带来的社会危害。

【 abstract 】 purpose? By understanding outpatient antimicrobial usage of analysis, and promoting clinic rational usage of antimicrobial agents, reducing the abuse of antibacterial drugs which cause the dysbacteriosis, and making the insensitive or resistant bacteria multiply or cause a secondary infections. Methods? Through collecting outpatient prescriptions, and combined with our hospital about the provisions of the antibacterial drug use, especially for the elderly, pregnant women, children, these special groups of medical statistics. Results? Higher frequency of use, the use of prescription antibiotics, with a majority of prescription antibiotics, antimicrobial agents associated with the two accounted for a small part of the triple use of antimicrobial agents is minimal. Conclusion? There is such a high frequency of antimicrobial ,which is mainly to rely over-reliance on the drug.So it time to strengthen the supervision, the use of antimicrobial drugs, through a variety of professional training and improving the medical staff of awareness to the excessive use of antibacterial drugs will bring harm to society.
