面签通知
一、前往使馆面试时，请自备如下资料原件

C 若申请人有旧护照，面试时请携带。如果没有原件，最好有复印件
D以往过期护照上有其他国家签证纪录，请客人将此过期作废护照也一起带上;b如客人曾持有因公护照出境，那么请携带因公护照原件或签证页的复印件;
2 个人资料表DS-160表
3 照片A．彩色免冠照片51X51毫米，正方形，白底，三个月之内近照。--需要2张,
B．全家福照片；以往出国留影照片3-5张；这两种照片只是为了直观展示您的家庭状况和面貌.
C．与国外标志性建筑物的合影照片。
4 身份证申请人本人身份证在有效期内。
5 户口本请携带好全家户口本即可
6 营业执照公司营业执照(复印件加盖公章)如果有单位简介请准备。如果有单位介绍宣传册（内容如成立时间、性质、规模、产品、效益等）请准备,事业单位提供事业单位代码证复印件盖红章。如无法提供,可免,但要名片2张或工作证；
7 资产证明A．银行存款存折，或者银行卡水单原件（水单上户名卡号要列明）
（注：数额需高于10万元，如果没有良好出境记录，请多带资产证明，如商业保险保单、股票交割单及各种有价证券等能证明本人财产的证明）
B．房产证明：房产证或购房合同原件或购房发票。重要！
C．车辆所有证明：行车执照（私车汽车行驶证）。
D．银行存折、房产证、车产证、股权证、国库券等一切可以证明申请人经济情况的材料、文件（如果有的话，请尽可能多的提供这方面材料）
8 工作证明A．个人名片两张、胸牌或工作证等。
B．在职证明：申请人所在公司的正式公函原件(要有供领馆查询的单位地址、单位电话)并用英文打印，手写无效，内容包括：申请人在公司的职务、月收入薪资，在现在工作单位工作时间、此行目的、行程日期、准假天数、说明谁承担费用并保证其遵守当地法律以及按时返回中国，公司保证在申请人回国后保留其职务，必须有单位名称抬头、公章、负责人签名（可由客人提供加盖公章的抬头纸，旅行社协助制作在职证明）。
C．单位简介（宣传彩页，如无宣传彩页，请用公司抬头纸打印详细内容并盖公章：包括成立时间、性质、规模、产品、效益等内容，加盖公章）；
D．提供所在单位营业执照副本原件和营业执照副本复印件并加盖公章。（事业单位请提供机构代码证的复印件并加盖公章)，法人请提供营业执照附本的原件，非本公司法人可提供复印件并加盖公章。）
E．其他：如有职称或政治荣誉资格（如：会计师、工程师证、人大或政协代表证等）、自己或企业的纳税证明、自己或企业的先进荣誉称号，奖励证明等，也可带上。
9 结婚证A．申请人为已婚身份，请提供结婚证B．如果没有结婚，可不提供
10 亲属关系
证明
全家人户口本所有页复印件（若夫妻不在同一户口本上，则需另一方户口本所有页复印件）、
身份证、结婚证及家庭合影等。
11 暂住证明如在与护照签发地不同地区工作者，需提供

13补充
商签适用
A．邀请函原件、短期商务行程（各地具体公务活动内容、联系人及电话）、业务往来函件、发
言稿、工作照片、个人英文工作简历（获奖经历、学术著作明细）。
B．商签担保函细则：
由中方雇主出据的信函，应证明此次访问美国是出于邀请函中所提到的目的，而且此次访问计划已获得批准。信中必须注明雇主的姓名、中文地址、电话和传真号码，以及申请人的职务、工资和起始工作日期。

探亲适用
您应提供材料证明您跟邀请人之间拥有真实且一直未间断的亲属关系，还应考虑提供他们入境
或移民美国后的身份状况。下列文件可能对您的申请有一定帮助：户口本或其它能够证明真实
亲属关系的文件、近年来与美国亲属的合影、亲属的美国护照或绿卡复印件、在美短期停留的
亲属的护照复印件及美国签证复印件等。如果您上次在美国停留的时间超过入境时I-94卡上
规定的日期，请在面谈时出示美国国土安全部批准的延期证明书原件。具体要求如下：
A．说明访问目的及访问期限的邀请信。（请注明申请人的姓名和出生日期）
B．与美国邀请人关系的证明(比如：与美国邀请人的合影、信函往来证明的复印件等；如果您
与邀请人是亲属关系，请提供如出生证复印件、户口本复印件、结婚证复印件等等)。
C．邀请人的在美身份文件的复印件（如邀请人系美国公民，请出示美国护照；如邀请人在美
长期居留，请出示美国绿卡复印件；如邀请人系在美短期停留，请提供护照复印件及美国签证
复印件等)。
D．邀请人的收入及财政状况证明：（例如：邀请人缴税证明，显示邀请人收入情况的雇佣证明
信，银行对账单等等)。
E．如果邀请人在美学习，校方出具的录取信。I-20表复印件。

备注1.具备以上资料并不保证申请人获得美国签证，在办理过程中可能因材料不准确、不清楚、不真实或其它原因而要求申请人补充相关材料；
2.凡申请过移民或非移民签证的申请人，无论其申请是否被批准，都要如实说明；
3.申请人提供材料请务必详尽，真实，因申请人提供虚假材料导致拒签或引起其他问题，责任由申请人负责；
4.签证前请缴纳签证服务费（不含签证费）。如果拒签，此费用不退。
5.请检查好需要随身携带的资料原件，不要遗漏。
6.陪签人会提前一天与客人联系，确认碰面地点以及简单培训事宜。
7.以上所需的复印件资料请保证资料的清晰完整，所有复印件均需A4纸张复印！
8.为提高您的签证率，以上所涉及的全部资料请务必最大限度的给予提供

三、面谈注意事项
A、DS160确认页及相关材料
B、面谈程序
1) 进入大使馆之前先存个人物品，提包、手机U盘U盾等电子产品和笔是不允许带入大使馆的。
2) 可以提前30分钟进入美国大使馆。
3) 在入口处，武警会核对一下基本信息，如姓名和护照号等，请您打开护照首页和确认页，方便武警核对核对号
码和姓名无误后，排队进入。
4) 在进入大使馆内门之前会有工作人员核对您的名字是否在预约名单上，如果工作人员问您预约到几点，就说是
根据自身预约时间来说。
5) 进入大门后，首先要进行安检：所有身上附带物品（如钱包、钥匙等）都要拿出来，由保安进行检查，通过安
检门之后，由保安将钥匙、钱包归还给个人；
6) 安检过后请到窗口交材料，包括护照、确认页、邀请函，递交材料后同时会领取到一个有颜色的牌子，请到相
应颜色卡的面签窗口排队等待按指纹；
7) 由工作人员指引按10个手指指纹，（作用是按指纹的顺序安排面谈的顺序，而不是按交表的顺序）；
8) 录完指纹之后，工作人员会安排您具体到哪个窗口等待面签
C、面签
注意：由于使馆内实行全程监控，敬请各位在整个过程中留意您的言行，保持神情自然，举止稳重，这些会直接影响到您是否能顺利拿到签证。
签证官可能问到的问题：
1) 你去美国的目的是什么？
商务考察，/或者旅游（请根据自身实际情况回答）
2) 是什么地方给你们发的邀请函？
（请根据自身实际情况回答）
3) 你此次行程计划去几天？什么时候出发？（请根据自身实际情况回答）
4) 贵单位名称是什么？你的职位是什么？负责什么业务？年薪多少？如实企业法人，可能会问公司成立时间，现
在的规模及员工人数，公司主要产品等。
请根据自己的情况如实回答。年薪请按担保函和填写的申请表里的年薪收入回答，并根据年薪计算出月薪，切记与担保函和填写的申请表收入一致。可以主动出示您的营业执照、在职证明、名片、公司简介等相关材料。
5) 此次出行费用谁来承担？（请根据自身实际情况回答）
6) 如签证官询问是否会滞留不归？
不会，签证官有可能要求提交户口本、全家福照片、国内固有财产（房产证、车证）等材料。
7) 家庭情况，如：在美国有没有亲属，是否结婚，有否孩子等。
如实回答，与填表一致。
8) 会不会英语？
如实回答，如果说会，签证官会要求用英语交流。如果不会，请如实回答，商务交流的时候有翻译。
9) 以前有没有去过美国？有没有去过其他国家？
请根据自己的情况如实回答。如果以前去过其他国家，请主动出示以前出国的一些照片。
D、美国签证面签的几种结果：
1) 当场获签：当场护照收走，给您一个A4纸1/3大小的单子（单子的颜色为粉色或蓝色），这说明你已成功获签
2) 当场Check：在面试过程中，签证官如对你所递交的材料有所疑问，他们会当场电话Check , 如果调查顺利，
也可当场获签。所以面签当天，对工作单位或是材料中任何提供有电话查询的地方一定要落实接听无误，接听的一方回答内容与材料上的情况要一致，以确保面签当天的调查万无一失。
3) 行政审理，有两种情况，一是需要补充材料：在极少的情况下，签证官对你提供的材料不甚满意，但也没有立
即拒签，他会要求你在一定期限内补充他要求的材料，以重新考虑能否发放签证给你，你要努力按照他的要求在这个期限内把补充材料补齐；二是留下您的一部分资料。行政审理护照归还的时间比较长，一般需要3-4周的时间。
4) 拒签：护照会退还给您，给您一张A4纸1/3大小的单子（单子的颜色为白色）。拒签后不要纠缠，礼貌询问，
道谢离开，千万不要失态和骂骂咧咧，你必须为你下一次的签证作个好的过渡，甚至可以礼貌地告诉签证官："我下次还会再来。’’
E、与签证官面谈的注意事项：
1) 形象：发型与着装宜整洁，以示尊重；
2) 态度：神情从容自若，不亢不卑，但要尊重对方；
3) 材料：准备的材料要能够证明自己身份与社会关系，所有送签材料中的相关内容要一致；需要什么递什么；
4) 言谈：谈话时眼睛要正视对方，使用礼貌用语；平均每人大约两个问题，尽量讲标准普通话，回答问题要简洁
真实并与送签材料相符，避免个性化回答和易引起误解的词语（言多必失）；
PS：面谈开始时，签证官都会询问申请人是否处于很好的状态去回答，并要明确确保他们理解他们讲的话。最后结束时会问申请人还有什么问题可尽量提出来，对之前签证官提出的问题是否全部明白?并鼓励申请人在面谈中有不明白的随时提出来。如果面谈结束时，申请人说当时不明白签证官的问题，签证官会重新问一遍。签证申请最重要的，是你满怀信心围绕自己真实的、优秀的素质和计划回答签证官的问题。
六.备注：尽管材料准备充分并做到上述事项，也不能保证能够获得美国签证：
每个人的情况都有所不同，而签证官也会有不同的思维角度来判断你此行的必要性。
