Brief In troducti on

I ' m Feng yu jia. You can call me Dirk, which is my English name. I was born in 1972

and now I am 31 years of age.After 6 years learning in the Yuyao No. 1 high School,

I en rolled as a stude nt in the Nin gbo Acca ntancy School in 1990 major ing in Finance and Accou nti ng. As both an excelle nt stude nt and activist in the school, I was a No.1 winner in the "Nati onal Day Speech Con test" and a vice-preside nt of the first

literature Society of our school. I took my first work immediately after graduation in

1992. However I am not satisfied with my education background. Therefore I took

part in the Self-Qualificati on Exam in ati on. It is a 6 years hard work and I was

rewarded a Bachelor ' s degree of Economics majoring in Accounting as well as a Bachelor ' s degree of Literature majoring in English. Now I have two Bachelor degrees.My first job starts with Ningbo Furniture Cooperation, which is a big

state-ow ned en terprise. Work ing as an accou ntant there for almost 6 years I

acquired a lot of experience in the accounting fields. However I am not very happy

with the management style of the state-owned enterprise. So I took my own advice

and joined Ningbo KK Color Display Co. Ltd., a color monitor manufacturer from

Japan. I was primarily responsible for cost accounting and accounts receivable

man ageme nt. KK is a well-k nown electro nics gia nt. 1 lear ned a lot there on how to operate a moder n factory .It is in 1999 that I had big cha nge in my career. I was

in vited to join Suzhou Sunny Air Tools Co. Ltd. and work ing there as a Finan cial

Man ager. Sunny is a subsidiary of world famous man ufacturer Sears. As a listed

compa ny from the States, Sears has about 141 pla nts all the world with ann ual sales approximates 12 billion US$. We have 9 plants in China. It is with Sunny that I

improved myself a great deal. Not only had I the chances to touch the financial

report ing and the in ter nal con trol system, I also got experie nce in impleme nting

ERP system. Because of my outsta nding job, I was held resp on sible for the IT

fun cti on and Warehouse fun cti on too. Despite the fact I am pretty successful with Sears, I decided to move back to Nin gbo in the beg inning of this year. Now I am the Finance Director of Nin gbo Funny. Funny is the sec ond largest fast food supplier in

the world. It has two pla nts in Ningb Nin gbo Brow n and Nin gbo Yokey. You may

know about or eve n are a con sumer of our product: Yokey Coca.As a professi onal I want to contin uously challe nge myself and con tribute more to my compa ny. That is

the reason why I never stopped learning and worked very hard. I am a certified

public accou ntant of China and now I want to get a CPA lice nse of the U.K. I hope

that one day I could have a regi onal resp on sibility in my compa ny. e.g. to be the

Asia-Pacific Financial Director. In order to live up my dreams, I need to endeavor in

many directions, first and foremost, to improve my leadership and communication

skills and keep abreast of latest developme nt of man ageme nt scie nee. This could be

Self-statement (个人介绍----样本)

MY BACKGROUND

I was born in a small village of Sha n Do ng Provi nce on April 4th, 1968. When I

was you ng, my family was very poor, so I had to work to earn money to help my

parents after class when I was in the middle school.

In 1986 I was admitted by Uni versity of In ter nati onal Bus in ess and Econo mics (or: UIBE) to pursue a bachelor degree in Economics. My major is accounting in Departme nt of In ter nati onal Busin ess Man ageme nt. The un dergraduate educati on gave me a wide range of visi on and taught me how to cooperate with others. I developed several professi onal in terests in Accou nti ng, Finan ce, and In ter nati onal Trade.

The followi ng eight-year worki ng experie nee offered me a good cha nee to give full play to my creativity, intelligence and diligenee. In 1990-1993, I worked as an assista nt to funding man ager in China Nati onal Tech ni cal Import and Export Corporati on. In 1993-prese nt, I was employed by China Kin gdom Import and Export Corporati on to be the Man ger of Finan cial and Accou nting Divisio n.

I do believe that with my hard early life, solid educational background and ample working experience, I would be an excellent student of you MBA program.

MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT:

After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding

manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loa n policy was not bee n put into effect. So we have thousa nds of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty milli ons yua n. In order to raise the funding effective ness, after one year ' s hard work, I developed the intern al banking system with in the

corporati on based on the actual funding supply and n eed of the differe nt divisi ons and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporati on ' funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the preside nt of the corporati on.

WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM?（可以用来回答面试官的提问）

After I have worked in bus in ess area for eight years, I feel that I n eed to

continue my educati on by pursui ng a Master degree in bus in ess adm ini strati on. I

have practiced my professi onal expertise in accou nting, dem on strated my leadership abilities and perfected my communication skills. But I have yet to become an entrepreneur in my own right, and to fully master the art of modern bus in ess.

I want to be trained more vigorously in scie ntific methods of an alysis and synthesis. There are a lot of opportunities and challenges in China that I do not yet fell fully con fide nt to seize. My bus in ess career has so far ben efited mostly the compa nies that I worked for, but a good bus in ess educati on in your uni versity will probably become a new era for me.

My n ame is Li-guotao, I am 35 years old. I graduated from Shan ghai Petrom

Chemical college in 1991. My major is econo mic man ageme nt.

Then, I was assig ned to the Second Con structi on Corporati on of Sin opec of China.

During the first four years, I worked in Supply Departme nt.

In 1995, I tran sferred to league commissi on of corporati on, and became a

commissi oner in charge of orga ni zati on and publicity.

At the end of 1999, I moved to Wuxi project departme nt as material man ager . It was

the first time that I became a head of an office. Our office had only three members, but we were in charge of purchase order over 13 milli on yua ns.

Later , I worked as a director of material office again for Qingjiang project and Yizhe ng project.

Start ing from early 2002, I returned back to headquarter and joined Huma n

Resource departme nt.

I like my job very much and always try my best to do it. However I feel my kno wledge is not eno ugh sometimes because of the developme nt of scie nee and tech no logy.

I decided to go back school to study again. I entered Zhejiang University dista nee college in 2001. My major is electro nic bus in ess. Now I am writi ng the

paper . I will graduate in June.

For the coming two years, I am pla nning to study in Aetna School of

Man ageme nt of SJTU, which is one of the best bus in ess schools in Chin a. I believe
