【摘要】目的：总结胃癌术后患者肠内营养并发症的预防及护理方法。方法：对我院自2011年2月至2013年3月，我院行胃癌手术的患者行肠内营养，针对常见并发症给予有针对性的预防，并探讨其护理方法。结果：19例患者中3例有腹胀，经暂缓营养液的滴注后，症状逐渐缓解。结论：经积极有针对性的预防后，胃癌术后患者肠内营养并发症有了明显降低。%Objective: To summarize the prevention and nursing methods of postoperative complications of gastric carcinoma patients with enteral nutrition. Methods: in our hospital from 2011 February to 2013 March, our hospital operation of gastric cancer patients undergoing enteral nutrition, the common complications for targeted prevention, and to explore the nursing methods. Results: 19 patients in 3 cases with abdominal distension, the infusion of suspension of nutrient solution, the symptoms gradual y ease. Conclusion: the positive targeted prevention, postoperative complications of gastric carcinoma patients with enteral nutrition has been significantly reduced.
