毫不保留的奉献给这一庄严的选择。就像鱼儿爱大海，就像蜜蜂爱鲜花！我们该怎样体现这
份爱，怎样表达这种情呢？我会义无返顾的选择敬业，将敬业作为一种习惯。有句口号说的
好：不爱岗就下岗，不敬业就失业！爱岗敬业说的具体点就是要做好自己的本职工作，把一
点一滴的小事做好，把一分一秒的时间抓牢，教育好每一位学生，解答好每一位学生的提问，
上好每一节课，记录好每一位学生的进步，用爱感染学生，用心温暖学生，把满腔教师的热
情无私地舒发。古人说：不积跬步，无以至千里；不善小事，何以成大器。从我做起，从小
事做起，从现在做起，这就是敬业，这就是爱岗！没有任何借口，扎扎实实做好本职工作。
当你接到领导交办工作的时候，是讨价还价推三阻四，还是尽职尽责努力完成；当你在工作
中遇到困难和挫折的时候，是等待观望半途而废，还是自我激励攻坚克难无往而不胜呢？当
你觉得晋级升迁没有达到期望值的时候，是牢骚满腹，怨天尤人，还是自我反省加倍努力厚
积而薄发呢？总之，接人待物，为人处世，你是喜欢拿着放大镜百般挑剔找外因，还是常常
拿着显微镜自我剖析找内因呢？也许有人会说，人之初，性本惰，能修炼到默默奉献无怨无

甚至我们教研组，都不难发现，越来越多的人正在默默的奉献着。讲到这里，我想谈谈自己
在工作中的一些事情，今年是我最不平凡的一年，暑假因跟一位郑公塔名叫田文云的学生约
好，第二天去她家面谈。但是当晚学校停电，天气炎热，无法
入睡，直到4点多来电才上床睡觉。早晨8点醒来，发现所有的领导老师都下乡招生去
了，我多么想好好休息一天呀。但责任和信誉让我毅然发动汽车，向城外驶去，谁知不幸的
事情发生了，造成了严重的交通事故。在身陷囹圄45天之后，我迅速调整心态投入到工作中。
学校给我安排了3个班的英语，我毫无怨言，接着又安排我一个班的班主任，我毫不推辞地
马上进入角色，我完全以一个主人翁的态度对待我的工作，把自己当做天有大厦的一块砖，
哪里需要就往哪里搬！一段精彩的乐章需要全体的乐队成员集中精力、步调一致；一个成功
的企业同样不可缺少的是团队合作、众志成城！作为一名普普通通的教师，我希望不仅要奉
献自己的全部智慧和热情，更希望和广大同仁团结起来，人人都为学生付出一点爱，让我们
变成千百学生的家长,让学校拥有美好的春天。轻轻地，我来了，我想收获的是一片绿叶，你
