注意：以推荐信（推荐和自荐大同小异），辞职信和道歉信为主，其他也要掌握

以防万一

做题之前先审题，分清楚信件类型，确定称呼，收件人，写之前列提纲，掌握文章行文结构，文章分三段，para.1, para.2, para.3 ;每段中包含的1）2）3）4）需要写在内，给出的句子可以根据自己的情况自由选择，组合成自己的模版，以防大家模版雷同。

大家整理出模版后一定要注意，模版只是套路，一切以试题指令为主，千万不要生搬硬套

一、建议信(关键词：make suggestions，suggest)

Para.1:(第一段)

1) I am 自我介绍（看情况是否需要）

2）写作目的（二选一）

1：I am writing this letter toconvey / express my deepest / greatest concern about+出现问题的事项.

2：I am writing this letter for the purpose of conveying / expressing my deepest / greatestconcern about+出现问题的事项.

Para.2:（第二段）

1)(指出问题的严重性）

1：It must be pointed out that the current situation is going from bad to worse.

2)（总述自己的观点：委婉指出不足）:

1: Though a multitude achievements have been made by 建议对方, still there are some areas to be improved.

(总述自己的观点：应该采取措施）----------对应指出问题的严重性

2: Therefore，it is urgent / imperative for us to take even more drastic measures。

3) (分述建议一）

1:Firstly / First and foremost / ，... should / ...must /why not/...had better 建议

In the second ，we should appeal to the relevant department to set up strict regulations against it. In addition, mass media should help devise ways of easing the bad trend.

Para.1:

1) 写作目的（三选一）

三．推荐信(recommend,recommendation )

模版：

Para.1:

1)表明写作目的（推荐）+推荐事由。（5选一）

1: I am writing this letter to recommend to you 推荐对象.，who would like to find a position of 推荐职位in your company(推荐职位）.

2: I am writing to you for the purpose of recommending to you 推荐对象. She/ he is seeking employment as a/an推荐职位.

3: I take great pleasure to introduce推荐对象for the purpose of recommending him/her as a/an 推荐职位

4: I would like to present 推荐对象for your consideration in your search for a推荐职位.

5: With reference to your requirements，I shall，without reservation, recommend 推荐对象.as a 推荐职位.

四．邀请信（invite，invitation，ask sb to attend）

模版：

Para.1:

1）邀请目的（3选一）

3: I wonder if you could come邀请目的.

Para.2:

根据指令要求写邀请原因事件的时间，地点等的其他信息

六．辞职信

模版：

Para.1:

1）写作目的（辞职）（2选1）

1：I am writing the letter to tell / inform you my decision to resign.

2：I am writing the letter for the purpose of informing you my decision to resign from my current position.

Para.2:

1)坦诚工作不再合适3选1）

1：After工作时间段of work, I find it inappropriate for me to act as a/an 职位here for the following reasons.

3：There are a few factors involved that I find intolerable.

2)具体原因（原因6选3或6选2，根据实际情况，原因之间需要逻辑连接词）表示顺序的词：

例子一：I once expected this job to be challenging and rewarding, which has turned out to be opposite.

例子二：The salary has proved to be much lower than you originally promised.

例子三：I intend to move to my hometown to live permanently with my family so that I can take care of them.

例子四：I want to create my own business, which is my long cherished wish.

例子五：The office is located in the downtown area,yet I live in the suburbs, so it is exhausting for me to spend over 3 hours commuting every day.

例子六：I feel rather disappointed as I have never been given any really important task.

3)结论（决心已定，呼应首文）（2选1）

1：I have made up my mind to resign from my current job after much deliberation. 2：Therefore, I sincerely hope that you approve of my resignation.

七．祝贺信(congratulations, congratulating,congratulate）
