60% of the students believes that we should exercise everyday because it can build our body and reduce the changes of getting an illness. some forms of exercises are playing table tennis, playing basketball and doing morning exercises. but the time should be kept approporate---not too long. doing physical exercises can provide a time for the brain to relax, therefore, making studing more effective.

However, the other 40% of students hold the idea that physical exercise is bad for students. it wastes time and energy. nowadays, students are too busy with their homework to do anything else. also, if your are not careful enough, you may get hurt in the exercise.

8.My high school life

In high school, I’ll spend a whole day in school. In the morning, I come to school. I usually get up earlier to avoid our names to be listed. Once the bell for class rings, we clean up our dresses, wipe off sweat, go back to the classroom and wait for the teacher。In class, I pay much attention to the teacher and take notes. If I have problems, I will rise up our hands and ask the teacher. When the teacher asks us some questions about the lesson, I will think about them carefully and try to answer the questions actively. At noon, I have lunch.at school. After lunch, I take a walk in the campus. After that, I have a noon break. When a school day finishes, we may go home. But some of us on duty must do some cleaning in the classroom, and others would like to play basketball and do some after-school activities before I go home and do my homework. In a word, although days in school are the same, but I not only learn book knowledge, but also exercise our other abilities.

So I think my school life is rich and colorful. How I love my high school life!
