摘要：从制度理论出发，分析整合组织种群间关系、制度逻辑系统、组织原型和集体行为等核心要素，尝试构建出重大工程组织场域的理论模型，基于模型探究了制度环境与组织间关系、组织行为的交互影响；并以港珠澳大桥珠海口岸工程为例实证分析了组织场域结构化和变迁过程。指出重大工程组织场域的动态变迁多，需要场域中各组织种群协同发挥能动作用，降低风险，提高绩效水平，实现重大工程可持续发展目标。研究结论也为项目组合和项目群研究提供了新思路。

The Structuration and Variation of Megaproject Organization Fields：
A Case Study of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port Project

Abstract：Starting from the institutional theory，this paper analyzes and integrates the core elements of organizational relationships，institutional logic systems，organizational prototypes and collective behaviors，and attempts to build a theoretical model of organization fields of megaproject. Based on the model，this paper explores the interactions among institutional environment, organizational relationship, and organizational behavior. The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Port Project is taken as a case to empirically analyze the structuration and variation processes of the organization field. The results show that there are many dynamic changes in the organization fields of megaproject，and it is necessary for the organizations in the field to synergistically play their roles，reduce the risks，improve the performance，and achieve the goals of sustainable development of megaproject. The conclusions also provide new ideas for project portfolio and program group research.

就建设目的、交付要求、复杂程度和利益相关者的参与程度而言，重大工程完全不同于普通工程项目[1]，由于项目背景复杂，涉及各个层次的利益相关者，重大工程建造甚至起着改变社会的作用[2]。因此，对重大工程组织的分析不能只关注组织架构形式和建设目标，还应将其依赖的项目及社会背景容纳进来，重视多元主体在制度环境、关系结构下的协同治理。在重大工程组织的研究中，利益相关者理论应用最为广泛，建设工程管理的学者强调有效的利益相关者管理能够消除利益冲突、化解矛盾，实现重大工程效益最大化[3]。但利益相关者管理理论无法很好地解释利益相关者之间的关系结构，交互影响和行为模式等问题，无法考虑“重大工程组织环境”作为行为背景的制约作用。组织场
