肿瘤干细胞标志物CD133和CD117在卵巢癌中的表达及意义

8卵巢上皮性癌是女性三大恶性肿瘤之一,由于

起病隐匿,进展迅速,多数卵巢癌患者确诊时已属晚

期,以至治疗困难,预后差,五年生存率在30%左右。

本实验应用免疫组织化学法检测卵巢上皮性癌组织中

肿瘤干细胞标志物CDl33与CD117的表达,探讨它

们在卵巢上皮性癌发生、发展中的生物作用及其与临

床病理特征之间的关系。探索它们对卵巢癌的临床指

导意义,以期为卵巢癌的诊断与治疗奠定基础。1 材料与方法1.1 研究对象本研究标本取自邯郸市中心医院2012年10月-2013年10月间就诊于妇科、初诊的上皮性卵巢癌患者50例及同期非卵巢肿瘤疾病行卵巢切除术患者10例。术后标本均经病理确诊,病历完整。年龄32-67岁,其中浆液性腺癌20例,宫内膜样癌20例、粘液性腺癌10例。组织分化G1、G2、G3级别分别基金项目:河北省科技支撑计划项目,项目编号:2013013092。

[摘 要] 目的:探讨肿瘤干细胞标志物CD133与CD117在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP 法检测50例上皮性卵巢癌组织及20例正常卵巢组织中CDl33与CD117的表达情况。结果:(1)上皮性卵巢癌组织中CDl33及CD117的表达较正常卵巢组织明显增高,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)低分化卵巢癌组CD133及CD117阳性表达率明显高于高、中分化组(P <0.05)。(3) Spearman 相关性分析显示CD133表达与CD117的表达有相关性(r =0.364,P =0.04)。结论:高表达的CDl33及CD117可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展有一定关系。

[Abstract] Objective : To investigate expression and significance of CD133 and CD117 as the tumor stem cells markers in the ovarian cancer. Methods : CD133 and Ki67 protein levels were detencted in 50 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results : (1) The positive expression rates of CD133 and CD117 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer were gradually increased than normal ovarian tissue ,and statistical difference was significant(P <0.05). (2) The expression rate of CD133 and CD117 in poorly differentiated ovarian carcinoma was significantly higher than in high or middle differentiated group(P <0.05). (3) Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of CD133 protein was positively related to that of CD117 protein (r =0.364,P =0.04). Conclusion : Over-expression of CDl33 and CD117 protein maybe play an important role in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
