摘要

作为车辆悬架结构当中的重要阻尼部件之一,减震器为人们在驾乘摩托车的过程当中,吸收道路不平度产生的震动能量,对保障安全、舒适性起了重大作用。它是有别于采用充气式轮胎来减缓行车颠簸的另一种装置。能否合理设计其结构参数,使之能够得到预想的性能将会直接影响到车辆行驶的平稳性以及驾乘人员的舒适性与安全性。

随着汽车产业的兴起与高速公路的迅猛发展,人们对行车的安稳性也提出了更高的要求,各国对减震器质量与种类的研制开发工作投入了更大的力量和资金。发展到今天,减震器结构复杂,形式多样。根据其工作介质可以分成如下几类:弹簧式减震器、气簧式减震器、气液组合式减震器、充气式减震器以及液压阻尼式减震器等。由于液压阻尼式减震器结构简单,加工制造成本低廉,被广泛运用于汽车摩托车以及其他机械产品的生产制造当中。

本文还要运用软件对设计的减震器进行三维建模,模拟其装配过程。现如今,被广泛运用的三维软件有很多,比如3DMAX,RHINO,MAYA,CATIA,UG,CAD等。其中,3DMAX可用于平面设计及动画;而MAYA则比较高级,常用来制作电影特效和动画制作;UG则被广泛应用于汽车制造行业。此次项目将采用Pro/E对减震器进行三维建模并仿真装配。

Abstract

Vibration energy as one among the important vehicle suspension structure damping components , shock absorbers for people to ride a motorcycle in the process, absorb road roughness generated , and to ensure the safety , comfort plays a major role. It is different from the use of inflatable tires to slow down the bumpy road of another device . Can rational design of its structural parameters , so that it can achieve the anticipated performance will directly affect the comfort and security as well as stability of the vehicle 's occupants .

With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the rise of the highway , driving people to the calm is also put forward higher requirements, the quality and type of shock absorber States research and development work into a greater power and money. Development today , shock absorbers complex forms. According to its working medium can be divided into the following categories: spring shock absorbers, gas springs shock absorbers, gas-liquid modular shock absorbers, gas-filled shock absorbers and hydraulic damping shock absorbers and so on. Because of the simple structure of the hydraulic shock absorber damping , low manufacturing costs , is widely used in car and motorcycle manufacturing , and other mechanical products which .
