服务在我心中
尊敬的领导、同事们：大家下午好！我是来自供应室的xx，今天我演讲的
题目是《服务在我心中》。
护士被人称之为白衣天使。天使是传说中神仙的使者，是幸福和温暖的象征，
是人们对护士形象美和内在美的深情赞誉。姐妹们，当拜金主义享乐主义的风暴
席卷而来的时候，当有人讥笑我们地位低收入薄的时候，当病人不理解我们的时
候，你有过怨言吗？我看到观众席上的护士姐妹都在摇头，是的，没有！因为我
们是天使，我们有的是无尽的爱，爱病人爱自己爱这份平凡的工作。
我们做天使不是在仙乐幻境中轻歌曼舞，也不是在轰轰烈烈中做英雄。永远
忘不了我的第一个夜班，来了一位老年心衰患者。摆体位，吸氧气，输液，监护，
做完这些我刚要抬头喘口气的时候，病人一下拉住了我的手，他的表情痛苦的有
些扭曲，一双浑浊的眼睛里充满了恐惧和无助，他望着我，仿佛在对我说，护士，
帮帮我。瞬时，我的心弦被拨动了，一种为人之最原始的爱在我心中汩汩涌动。
我就那样被他拉着一只手，一边帮他维持着体位，一边注视着监护仪上变化。二
十分钟过去了，病人终于能平静呼吸了。这时，我才发觉自己的腿已经站的发酸
了。长嘘一口气，我体味到一种从未有过的成就感喜悦感，能为别人解除痛苦，
原来是一件非常幸福的事情！突然，我觉的自己变成了天使，有一种想飞的感觉，
但同时被一种使命感牢牢的拴住。从此，我便爱上了这个职业。
因为工作需要，我被调到供应室工作。起初我对供应室的认识也和大多数人
一样，不就是洗洗涮涮、包包扎扎吗？不上夜班、不直接与病人接触、不需要学
习。可到了岗位，才知道这里并不像我想象的那样简单、轻松、不需要学习。每
天回收、分类、初洗、酶洗、漂洗、终末漂洗、消毒、润滑、干燥、检查保养- 包装、装锅、灭菌、卸锅??，整个环节环环相扣丝毫不能大意，无论春夏秋冬，
工作时都必须“全副武装”，还要面对消毒锅排出的大量蒸气，夏季室温高达50 多摄氏度，工作下来整个人就像“落汤鸡似的”；冬天，每一件器械都必须在冰
冷刺骨的凉水下彻底刷洗。一个冬季下来，手指关节都会出现不同程度的肿痛。
我科的护士一半以上是老一辈的护士，在病房里干了几十年的护理工作。如今她
们年岁大了，但她们依然孜孜不倦，乐得其所，带着一腔的热爱在自己的岗位上
发挥着余热。回顾这里走过的时光，我们有过因干燥柜烘干导致湿化瓶变形的教
训，有过与手术室因器械不符而发生争执的经历，有过因为工作强度大、接触污
染物品机会多而担心被感染的不安和忐忑，有过经常性为腔镜手术器械或外来器

械清洗灭菌加班，也有过卸锅时被烫伤。??即便委屈，我们依然认认真真、踏
踏实实用心工作，在飞尘的飞舞中，在消毒锅的腾腾蒸汽、灭菌器的哧哧噪音中
无怨无悔。
我们时刻牢记“想临床所想，急临床所急，用心为病人服务”。每天推车，
背包，爬楼梯，为病房送去沉甸甸的包裹，收回污染的器械，寒风里，酷暑里，
雨淋里，我们一如既往。也许你会笑我们干粗活，但我说，我喜欢，这一样是天
使的风采！一样是为了一个神圣的使命！洗刷，浸泡，精洗，打包消毒灭菌，我
们一丝不苟，让慎独精神在这里发挥的淋漓尽致。因为我们明白，如果哪一个环
节出了问题，器械就有可能达不到无菌要求，就可能给病人带来无法挽回的损失。
我们是在用另一种形式去关爱病人，用另一种方式释放爱心，用另一种行动语言
向领导向人民宣誓：我的工作无差错，我的岗位请放心。
有人常常忘了我们这个角落里的天使。如果说护士是平凡的，那我们就是平
凡中的平凡；如果说护理工作是琐碎的，那我们的工作就是琐碎中的琐碎，如果
说护理工作是一场没有硝烟的战争，那我们就是前线的后勤支援。虽然不直接与
病人接触，但我们的工作与病人的安危息息相关，与全院的质量安全环环相扣。
我们由衷热爱我们的工作，无怨无悔！

尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家下午好！
今天我发言的题目是《我所收获的，是我种下的》，这是引用了英国小说家狄更斯的一句名言。今天，我希望大家能记住它。
亲爱的同学们，首先，请允许我代表现在以及曾经教授过你们的老师，向大家说一声：谢谢你们！我们选择了教师这个职业，也就选择了你们。我们的权利和义务也只有在你们的身上才能得以体现。换句话说，离开大家，我们的工作就是无源之水，无从谈起。是你们，成就着教育这份事业；是你们，让我们的青春得以延续，是你们，彰显着我们的人生价值。倘若说社会上的人认可我们一点点，你们当属第一功臣！而倘若你们能认可我们一点点，那我们就可以骄傲地告诉大家：这就是我们最大的收获！
口水。当时，我就想，我长大以后我要自己挣很多很多的钱，买好多好多的漂亮的衣服和我最爱吃的东西。我的童年就是在这样对物质如饥似渴的贪恋中成长的。上到中学以后，我暗恋我们班的一个男生，初中三年我心里只藏着他一个人，我在心里喜欢他喜欢到声嘶力竭，他也听不见。我在心里喜欢他喜欢到山崩地裂，他也看不见。但我就像一个孤独的女战神一样，在心里狼狈而又用勇敢的喜欢着他。但十分悲催的是，他喜欢的是和我从小一起长大的貌美如花的闺蜜。在初三毕业前的一个月，我的闺蜜兴高采烈地跑来告诉我，他们恋爱了。听到消息的那一刻，我心如刀绞，滴血成河，我恨长得粗大肥圆的我，我恨心里自卑懦弱的我，我恨平庸无奇的我，我在心里暗暗发誓，我一定要努力，努力读书，努力生活，努力变成我更好的自己。努力将来配得上爱我的人和我爱的人。于是乎，初三最后的日子里，我就只是在学校和家里这条单行道上单调而又固执地行走着。当大家还都沉醉在梦乡的时候，我在学习；当同届的女神和男神们在花前月下的时候，我在学习；当上学放学路上，大家在嬉戏打闹的时候，我在学习；当周末，小伙伴们在田间地头捉迷藏的时候，我在学习……我就这么一头扎进了书堆里，从此也扎进我明亮的未来。95年的中招考，我考进了当时的农垦通什师范，迈向我的教育梦。进了师范，我参加各种社团，竞争各种职位，投身各种比赛…..我从一只默默无闻的小丑鸭成为一班之长，在跻身学生会任部长。还是那个粗大肥圆的我，但我在各种历练当中，发现了自己的优势，找到了自己的精彩，激发了自信。98年师范毕业，我回到了农场当起了一名平凡的人民教师。
初为人师的我，渴望在这三尺讲台能完成儿时的梦想，能体现人生的意义，能遇见一个更好的自己。别人不肯做的事我来做，别人不敢尝试的东西我来试，别人不能受的委屈我来受……一路跌跌撞撞、兜兜转转、艰辛坎坷。终究是功夫不负苦心人。05年我参加全农垦的青年语文教师调教比赛，我获得了屯昌、定安、琼中片区的第一名，继而在决赛中获得了全农垦的第二名。同年，我被评委海南农垦十大杰出青年，农垦局的优秀共产党员。我虽不是科班出生的地理老师，但凭借着自己的努力，我在屯昌中学、在海南中学，在海口七中都留下我精彩的公开课，并一举成为县教育局地理学科的带头人。时至今日，我虽然没有像掌握一个国家命脉的领导人那样的伟大，但我成为了掌握自己命运的主人。我在这践行着我的教育梦，我在这找到我的人生的价值，我在这遇到了最美好的自己。悄悄的告诉同学们，我打败了那个貌美如花的闺蜜，我让那个我曾经暗恋了三年的男生成为了我孩子的父亲，我是这场漫长暗恋最后的胜利者。这一切，又何尝不是一种幸福和成功呢？
亲爱的同学们，回想一路走来，人的一生中，能改变命运的，往往只有那么几步而已，中招考便是这这其中非常关键的第一步。抓住了改变命运的机会，我们的人生从此会是一番截然不同的景象。我不敢想象，如果当初我一味的沉浸在自卑当中，沉浸在我失去的暗恋当中，没有化悲痛为力量，没有厚积薄发，没有取得那一年的中招胜利，那我就不能迈进师范的大门，如果我没有迈进师范的大门，我就不能当老师，如果没有当老师，那我就今天就不能站在这里侃侃而谈我的
价值，我的精彩，我的自信。也许我会和许多当年花前月下的女神们一般，过了短暂的青春期，失去了美丽的容貌，只好听从命运的安排无可奈何嫁做他人妇，整天柴米油盐酱醋茶地生活，家长里短地絮絮叨叨，然后碌碌无为地了却一生。所以，今天我想自豪地对自己说：“我所收获的，是我种下的！”
同学们，初三是个收获的季节。这个季节于你漫长的生命是微不足道的，但是它又是举足轻重的。它意味着，一场攻坚战就要打响。这是一场没有硝烟的战争，这是你们人生十字路口面临的第一次重要的选择。做为你们的老师，我们的期待不亚于你们的家长。我们期待明年的秋季你们都能踏进自己理想中的学府，我们期待你们通过自己的努力，未来有更多选择生活的权利！同学们，为了让你们在明年的中招考中取得优异的成绩，学校的领导及老师们默默地付出了多少，你们或许不知道，但你们不能不知道。你们不能不知道，我们的赖副校长、罗初华老师、陈娃老师都是接近退休年龄的人了，他们在教育战线上默默奉献了一辈子，他们已经拥有了高级职称，他们本来可以卸下肩头这份重任，安享晚年，但他们老当益壮，勇挑重担仍然奋战在教学第一线。你们不能不知道许多老师有病有事实在需要请假，可他们总是千方百计调课、补课，因此考勤上有记录，课程却一节没落下，为什么?因为他们知道，扣点工资损失的只是个人，落下课耽误的可能就是一代人了。你们不能不知道，你们的许多老师都是怀揣着医院的疾病证明坚持站在讲台上给你们上课的。你们不能不知道，当我们反复催促你们教作业时，不是因为我们啰嗦、爱唠叨，更不是我

硝烟的战争
小升初—一场没有硝烟的战争
启蒙之路：
我家孩子就读于闵行的公立小学，学校崇尚快乐教育，这是我在孩子幼升小时范的大错
误,那时想女孩子还是快乐地学习比较好,但事实告诉我学校快乐的结果是你必须把孩子的业
余时间去换人家孩子在学校学习的时间。幸好在孩子3年级的时候碰到我家邻居正好考进了
上宝，和孩子的妈妈聊了2个小时,这2个小时后宣告了我女儿的快乐学习结束了。她告诉我
一定要学奥数，告诉了我奥数网，告诉了我e度社区。真感谢那个妈妈帮我扫盲,否则,在我
们的公立小学里是没有任何这方面的消息的。从那时起,首先开始了我的学习之路，找到e
度，看到有3年级群，赶快加群，了解情况。现在回想起来真的感谢e度,感谢学而思的交流
群,让我知道了很多信息。那时发现已经有很多孩子已经在读奥数了，我买了奥数书，想自己
教吧，爸爸学数学的教小学生总没问题的，但发觉孩子听不懂爸爸的，我家爸爸来了句：孩
子不是读奥的料。在我想放弃的时候，一个偶尔的机会发觉学过奥的小表哥讲的奥数孩子听
得懂，我明白了，爸爸的方法有问题。决定了，外面去学。寒假在学而思报了提高班，上了
10次课，孩子考了班上第3名（感觉还可以）,有了点信心。3年级春季就报了精英班，想就
跟着读吧。并且报了走美杯的考试（已经错过了所有的初赛，只剩走美杯可以报名），运气很
好，得了3等奖，这个奖大大地提高了孩子读奥数的兴趣。
加速之路：
奥数之路，小升初之路算是开了好头。接着3升4考进了超常班，但进超常班对我孩子
是个打击，一个暑假15节读下来基本班上是垫底的，我只能用傻办法，所以的讲义上内容全
部重做一遍。但开学后孩子还是有些畏难，我及时和老师沟通了，真的是很幸运，我女儿的
老师是正堂老师，在老师的鼓励下，很快进入了状态。同时为了加速，4年级秋季加上了5
年级基础，4年级展开的全面奥数竞赛考级活动中去，全家全力以赴，孩子每天至少做10-15
题奥数。因为不知道自己的孩子实力有多少，想着广种薄收也许能行，是比赛全都报名参加
了。总算功夫不负有心人，在4年级的竞赛中拿了n个奖，1，2，3等都有，有了这些奖，
稍微心安点，但红花有了，没绿叶也不行。4年级奥数考完，马上转方向，开始攻3笔。4
升5的暑假，被我孩子称为第3学期，上午奥数课，下午英语课，在短时间内：把无敌初中
英语语法，中考英语听力塞进了填鸭的肚子里，8月末总算过了3笔，有了英语，4年级作文
也拿到个3等奖。在4年级的一年里，我感觉我真是个后妈，但为了能进好学校，我只能这
样了。
决战小升初：
有了4年级的这些奖，我家首先是定位，感觉还是可以去争取下hy的，所以把目标定在
hy，其次是xnwy。因为有了4年级的考试经验，5年级压力稍微小点，还是集中在考奥证上
了，但5年级分母相对4年级少很多，我家的水平有限，3等比较多点，但总算亚太的3等
也拿到了。虽说把目标定在hy，在小五的问题上还是纠结了下，后来决定不去冒这个险，万
一裸投不进也没太大失落。女儿曾说让我带她去hy看看，我说如果给你面试的话，会看到学
校，万一连面试机会都没的，看了也白看。不过小升初的决战对家长是个考验，从寒假开始，
我的工作重点基本是小升初，天天看e度，天天看着群，怕漏掉任何信息。e度综合症，小
升初综合症全面爆发。春节后刚开学，学校不可以收简历等一系列的小升初政策弄得大家有
点没方向，还好有了学而思，使得简历顺利地进入了中学，也参加了考试。4/10接到xnwy 的电话，有了垫底的学校。在4/11终于也等到了hy的面试通知。4/15早上参加了hy
的面试，面试过后参观了校园，听了校长的讲话，孩子真的喜欢上了hy。面试后女儿的感觉
还可以，我自我感觉也很好，所以在4/18下午顺利的接到了录取电话。我家的小升初画上了
完美的句号。
总得来说,我家的小升初还算比较顺利的,但是其中的甜酸苦辣只有过来人才能体会的.
整个小升初的过程中，4年级最累了，孩子，家长都很辛苦。由于前面的准备工作比较充分，
定位和目标都很明确,所以相对比较顺利。
我家是把小升初赌在奥数上了，所以在此真心的感谢学而思的老师，老师的鼓励是孩子

随着我国改革的深入、在市场经济形势下，一些弱势群体受到了较大的冲击，遇到了种种困难。为此、在县残联领导、社区领导的高度重视下，为营造一个扶残助残的社会风尚，指出要为残疾人提供切实有效的服务，要不断地解决残疾人最关心、最直接、最现实的问题，推动残疾人事业健康发展，为和谐拜城建设作出贡献。我社区不辱使命，勤奋工作，把残疾人工作落实到实处、细节、时时关心残疾人。为此，我们的工作人员付出了辛勤的劳动，发扬了吴天祥精神，感动了身边的居民，给他们教育很深。
我社区里，有一位残疾姑娘，今年24岁，因疾病导致双下肢瘫痪，长期卧床不起、生活不能自理，无生活来源。1997年母亲因病去世。父亲1995年下岗四处打工，还要料理残疾女儿，不幸的事再次降临到这个不幸的家庭，她的父亲于xx年9月17日突然中风倒地，在110、120急救人员、社区工作人员的配合下破门而入，将病情严重的父亲送往七医院。五天后她的父亲病亡，沉重的打击这位残疾姑娘还能坚持得住吗?——更严重的困难还在后面。
在胡贝贝父亲住院期间，胡贝贝孤独一人，生活又不能自理又无人照料，吃、喝、拉、
洗澡洗衣成了最大问题。社区领导知道后立即组织，以领导带头为核心组成了志愿小组，并
及时送去了慰问金和必须食品。以党员带头每天不分日夜到
胡贝贝家忙家务，有人给买吃的、烧水的、清理垃圾的、给她洗口洗脸，还给她洗澡洗
衣，党员天天坚持给她送饭，用自己的钱为这位姑娘充话费，助残小组在为胡贝贝家进行大
扫除时，家里由于长年无人清理卫生，进门时一阵阵臭烘烘的、不能站人。同志们是顶着恶
臭，洗了一盆又一盆，特别是我们的一些工作人员顶着恶臭、用硫酸把厕所洗得是干干净净
的。同志们那种不怕苦不怕脏的助残精神，感动了周围的居民，同时也感动了这位残疾姑娘，
自己也是有生以来地尝式着，从床上移到轮椅上努力地做一些家务，不知到是谁感动了谁，
社区的领导成员见此景，激动地鼓励她;对了，就是要自立、自强、自信、自尊。情景交融让
人感动。我们的共产党员还给她倒便盆、谈人生、同志们的一片热心，使这位残疾姑娘深深
地感受到病魔无情、人有情、社区的领导胜亲人。
社区领导接到胡贝贝父亲去世的消息后，立即组织人员到医院看望。并反复多次地赶往
胡贝贝家进行按慰工作，担心她心里承受不了产生轻生的念头。中南街领导、区残联领导及
时赶到胡贝贝家看望，并及时送来了慰问金，同时也肯定了社区的工作。在她父亲病世三天
里，她家里的亲人是一个也不肯到场处理后事、不间不问，一个残疾姑娘自身都要人照料，
那有能力处理她父亲的后事?在社区领导小组和党组织的关怀下，再次向这位残疾姑娘伸出援
助之手，一边向上级领导汇报、一边再次向胡贝贝的家属一一打电话，近2个小时所有的电
话无人接听，真是急死人、她们家死了人，亲属怎能不管呢?连电话都不肯接，真气死人，我
们全体工作人员感到非常气愤，你们死的不管可还有一个活着的不能自理的残疾姑娘，怎么
也不管呢?
是啊，一个残疾姑娘和一个死人谁来管?
气愤归气愤，可必竟现实就摆在眼前，社区领导还是静下心来自觉地承担了一切。这就
是一个共产党员对一个残疾人承诺，残疾人的事就是我们的事，我们要把她当着我们自己的
兄妹看待，她家的亲属不管，难不倒我们，决不让这位残疾姑娘伤心。什么时候体现共产党
员的伟大，就是这个时刻，平凡的事业见真情，具体地体现了我们的党、我们的政府对一个
普通残疾人的关爱和关心。在中南街、区残联领导的支持下，一个具体帮助一个残疾人处理
后事的方案定了下来。首先给胡贝贝做好思想按抚工作，并告知她在处理她父亲后事时必须
有委托书。办理了委托书后。于是，一系列的工作顺速展开了，有的到医院清查医疗费用、
有的开死亡证明书、有的联系火葬厂并办理减免火化费用，领导成员亲自到墓地了解实情。
因为，胡贝贝提出了想妈妈和爸爸埋在一起，这一愿望得已实现。我们的志愿小组在这次助
残活动中是不怕苦、不怕脏、不怕累，有的去清理成堆的垃圾、有的去东街买寿衣、有的去
西街买骨灰盒，是那里便宜到那里购买，尽量节省开支。有去代为办理退社保手续的、有去
代为清理死者生前的一些责务问题等等。 26日这一天火化，社区的全体工作人员六点钟
就到达了岗位、分工合作。按照街、区残联领导亲临指导的精神;为残疾人办实事、办好事、
解难事，你们多辛苦些残疾人就会少辛苦，在条件充许的情况下，尽量满足她个人的要求。
胡贝贝提出妈妈和爸爸合葬时，希望最后能看上一眼。一个不能出门的残疾人想办到这一点，
比什么都难。然而，我们社区志愿者做到了，将这位体重达一百八十斤重残疾姑娘抬上了山，
走了很长一段山路，为了按抚这个伤心的姑娘，志愿者们那怕再苦再累也要把这位残疾姑娘
抬到位，志愿者们知道这是这位姑娘今生唯
