My Hobby

Everyone has hobbies because they are very important in our life.I also have hobbies.Now let me tell you my hobbies.Exercise is one of my hobbies.The more exercise I do,the healthier I will be.After class I usually play badminton with my friends,and after dinner,I often go out for a walk with my sister.

Sometimes I play ping-pong,too.So I think I have a wonderful life.Reading is another hobby of mine.On weekends,I love reading some novels,such as Jane Eyre,Gone with the Wind and so on Reading can help me learn more about the world and give me a lot of happiness.

I think it is very important to have good hobbies.

I like Playing Sports

There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy,such as swimming ,running and dancing .However the sport that I like most is basketball.I can’t play it very well,but I still show great interest in it.

I like playing sports,because playing sports is really a good thing.Firstly,it helps me keep healthy.Exercise is one of the most active andeffective means to enhance the physical health.Secondly,playing sports is a good way to relax. When you are upset ,sports may pull you out from depression.Finally,it’s easier to make friends while you take part in sport activities, because you have the same interest .It’s important for making friends.All in all,I get a lot from sports.

Fight against Haze（雾霾）

Nowadays, with the development of economy and industry, pollution becomes a enormous problem of our societies. And haze turned out to be the top one that we should deal with.

The reason that haze should be controlled is basic on several effect of it. First of all, haze is what we called PM2. 5 which could bring into our lungs withinhalation and caused some lung disease. Also, living in haze weather would enhance the chance of getting cancer.

Learning about the harmful factors, the easiest way for civilians is wearing mask to keep it out of our lungs, which is only the surface. Haze is the exhaust gas from factories and cars. Using public transportation could help to control the end gas.

Overall, fighting against haze is not only one persons war, is depending on veryone's behavior.

Nowadays, having sports is becoming more and more popular. As we know, a person whokeeps on taking exercises regularly will keep fit and live a happy life.

My favorite sports is playing basketball. After school I usually spend half an hour on it which not only builds up my body but also makes me refreshed. Playing baketball helps me relax after a period of exhausting study and improves my study efficiency.

Let’s Save Water

Water is so important for all living things. Without water there can be no life on earth. All animals and plants need water, including human

beings.

However, nowadays there are many people who waste a lot of precious water.There are many places in the world still running outof water. So we should try our best to save water on earth. There are many things we can do. First, make sure that the kitchen sink tap is not running when you help wash the dishes. Second, we can collect water while we are washing our hands to reuse it later. Third, we can paste a note on the wall of the washing room to remind people of turning off the tap after using it .

All in all, everyone should participate in the action f saving water, which will make our planet healthier and more sustainable.

Healthy Life

There has been a common concern that living a healthy life is indispensable, considering negative effects of bad habits on peoples normal life.

What is a healthy lifestytle? As to this topic ,it is generally acknowledged that regular work and rest proper diet, more exercises and a good mood are necessary for us to head a fit life. In my spare time, I would like to be exposed to anything that may make my life meaningful , and I am eager to live an energetic life.

There is no doubt that being healthy is crucial to our whole life. And it is wise for us to try our best to live a fit life.

Everyone has his or her own green transportation.

Some like taking public transportation, while othersfancy taking a walk to school or work. If you ask me what my green transportation is, my answer would be riding a bicycle.

It is to be noted that riding a bicycle is one of the most popular ways to get around in cities. And ithas a lot of benefits. To keep a green environment in our life, riding a bicycle is the best way. Firstly, riding a bicycle can be faster than taking a bus when there is a traffic jam. Secondly,I can make myself stronger by cycling. Finally, I can make friends who are bicycle lovers and do cycling trip together.

In short, riding a bicycle is the best green transportation. I shall keep up riding a bicycle to get around in cities because it' s environment-friendly and beneficial to me.
