首先介绍错误代码678 这个代码其实没什么作用任何环节出现错误都会提示的！
其次就是经常出现的691或 619 （modem坏也提示619） 这个代码表示您的帐号密码错误，请输入正确的帐号和密码，
错误代码676 网卡故障请检查网卡，或网卡驱动。
错误代码769 网卡被禁用，启用后好。
错误代码800 PPPOE软件没有完全正确安装，请在塞上风下载最新的拨号软件星空急速2.5客户端。
错误代码633、645、 650 已经拨上号如在次拨号则提示此错误，建议只装一个pppoe拨号软件。如果只有一个pppoe拨号软件提示此错误请卸载重新安装。
错误代码797 检查网线，MODEM信号灯、电源，是否安装了正确的绑定协议，是否建立了空的协议，并选择正确的PPPOE软件来代替它，或者重新建立拨号连接。建议安装星空急速2.5客户端。
错误代码652 MODEM问题，测试MODEM或更换MODEM。
错误代码错误602、605、608、609、633 PPPOE软件没有完全正确安装，卸载干净任何PPPOE软件，重新安装。
错误代码621、622、623、624、625、631 WinNT、win2000网络RAS网络组件故障ISP故障或者端口被关闭，卸载所有PPPOE软件，重新安装RAS网络组件和PPPOE软件，如端口问题请联系数据维护经理。
错误代码720、734 ADSL ISP故障，非正常关机造成网络协议出错，删除所有网络组件重新安装网络
错误代码756,系统原因,一般在不关MODEM的情况下,把电脑重新启动方可解决
