气相色谱-串联质谱法测定卷烟主流烟气中7种酚类化合物

摘要:建立了气相色谱-串联质谱(GC -MS /MS )法检测卷烟主流烟气中苯酚二邻甲酚二间甲酚二对甲酚二邻苯二酚二间苯二酚二对苯二酚7种酚类化合物三在标准抽吸条件下,用剑桥滤片收集5支卷烟主流烟气

粒相物,经异丙醇超声提取后,利用GC -MS /MS 的多反应监测模式(MRM )

测定,内标法定量三在优化的前处理及仪器条件下,7种酚类化合物呈现良好的线性关系(R 2?0.9986),定量限为0.012~0.021

μg /ci g ,加标回收率为91.1%~107.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD )为2.5%~6.6%三该方法操作简单二分析时间短二准确可靠二灵敏度高,适用于卷烟主流烟气中酚类化合物的检测分析三

-tie (Guan g don g Tobacco Qualit y Su p ervision and Test Station ,Guan g zhou 510610,China )Abstract : A method for simultaneous determination of 7p henolic com p ounds (p henol ,o -cresol ,m -cresol ,p -cresol ,catechol ,resorcinol ,h y dro q uinone )in mainstream ci g a -rette smoke was develo p ed usin g g as chromato g ra p h y -tandem mass s p ectrometr y (GC -MS /MS ).The total p articulate matter (TPM )of 5ci g arettes in mainstream ci g arette was tra pp ed b y a 44mm Cambrid g e filter p ad with a Cerulean SM450smokin g machine under standard smokin g condition.The filter p ad which collected TPM was extracted on an ultrasonic g enerator for 20min with 50mL iso p ro p anol and 100μL ISTD solution containin g 1m g /L of 1-p hen y leth y l p ro p ionate.The solution extract was filtered throu g h 0.45μm p ore size n y lon filters ,and then was anal y zed b y GC -MS /MS under multi p le reaction monitorin g (MRM )mode and was determined b y ISTD method under the o p timized conditions.In order to g et g ood extraction efficiencies of p henolic 万方数据
