“90后”立遗嘱，观念转变仍任重道远
近日，“90后”电竞选手若风立下遗嘱的事情上了热搜，这让舆论将目光投向遗嘱。9月中旬，中华遗嘱库举办了一场“别样阅卷会”，整理出了写遗嘱时常见的错误。会上，工作人员介绍，中华遗嘱库登记保管了近15万份遗嘱，“90后”所立遗嘱已有178份，其中年龄最小的只有18岁，订立者也多为企业白领、创业人士，有着相对稳定的事业和收入。立遗嘱的年轻人群99%将父母选作财产继承人。
近年来，尽管立遗嘱的人越来越多，但总体而言，生前早立遗嘱的观念仍然没有普遍形成。不仅如此，一些老人和家人对于遗嘱还持排斥的态度，在年纪尚不太老、身体还算硬朗时，更会认为立遗嘱不吉利。在这次活动中就有工作人员透露，在中华遗嘱库社区的一次宣讲过后，一位刚过完63岁生日、身体什么毛病都没有的大爷想立遗嘱，结果却遭到了全家人的反对，这个例子足以说明，观念转变仍任重道远。
早立遗嘱没有形成风气，给社会带来了不少困扰和纷争。有些家庭正是因为老人没有留下遗嘱，等老人过世后，子女因财产分配等原因闹得不可开交，原本和睦的家庭从此有了隔阂。有些老人虽然立了遗嘱，但由于立得太晚，因疾病缠身、思维受到影响，遗嘱往往不能准确表达出自己的意愿，更可能让遗嘱的真实性受到质疑。在自己清醒和硬朗之时早立遗嘱，才是理性选择。
老年人在立遗嘱时尚且会遭遇不小的阻力，年轻人就更会如此。
目前中华遗嘱库登记保管的遗嘱当中，只有178份“90后”所立遗嘱，可谓凤毛麟角，说明年轻人立遗嘱目前还属于极为罕见的现象。但要看到，年轻人尽管身体较为健康，但意外死亡并没有年龄界线，在年轻人的活动范围越来越广、社会危险因素越来越多的背景下，年轻人所面临的意外死亡风险并不低，再加上年轻人没有留下遗嘱，不仅容易导致纷争，而且还让亲人少了一份念想。因此，年轻人立遗嘱，应该被更多人所理解和接受。
年轻人立遗嘱，更大的意义在于，在移风易俗方面的作用，要明显强于老年人立遗嘱。在老年人看来，如今连很多年轻人都立遗嘱了，自己又何必死守老观念不放呢？年轻人思想开放，受传统观念的影响较小，在立遗嘱、生态葬、婚丧嫁娶等方面，比老年人更容易接受新观念，对于这类应作之事，就不能因旧观念而停步不前，年轻人应在移风易俗方面，对老年人形成引领，带动社会观念向好的方面转变。（via人民网）

年纪轻轻，不到30岁就立下遗嘱，有必要吗？这是很多人对这些90后立遗嘱的疑问。在多数人眼中，遗嘱是临终前对身后财产等事务所做的交代，90后还有很长的人生，现在立遗嘱是不是有点早？
尽管90后还是小年轻，整体不存在对死亡的忧虑，但不排除部分群体面临更大的危机。诸如“第一批90后已经死去”的新闻，时常引发人们的唏嘘。像电竞选手若风立遗嘱，就有他说得过去的理由：尽管自己还没有暴露出严重的健康问题，但电竞行业作息不规律，他依赖安眠药才能入睡，因此产生了立遗嘱的想法。
这种担心并非杞人忧天，前不久，39岁的作家刘嘉俊因心脏病突发去世，直到去世后10天才被发现，某些特殊行业、特殊生活状态的年轻人确实面临更大的生存风险。
其实，对于立遗嘱这件事，受传统文化等因素影响，即便是老年群体中，以公证等形式立遗嘱的比例也不算多，更多的还是受限较多
