重启LT板：INIT-SYS::LT-1-1-2:::2; init-sys：：lt-1-1-1：：：2；
重启ONU：INIT-SYS::ONT-1-1-2-4-10:::6;
RTRV-PONFDBDYNAMIC::PONVLAN-3999; (T界面查看 是否学到MAC)
