外墙大面积陶棍幕墙施工技术

摘要:陶棍、陶板既起到装饰格栅的作用,同时又要有遮阳的作用,秉承陶产品作为新材料所具有的环保节能的特性,为整个建筑主体的节能起到一定的作用。外檐陶棍装修全部采用陶制产品,巧妙利用幕墙的挂接工艺,将承重金属龙骨件紧密包裹,外视面整体呈现陶质效果。现有采用陶土材料装饰的建筑均采用陶棍、陶板标准件,且多数采用陶板,陶棍使用较少。现有使用陶土材料的建筑,采用的连接方式类似于干挂石材做法。和现有通常的陶土装饰不同,本工艺采用竖向通高龙骨的做法,且竖向龙骨外包陶土肋板的做法,属国内首创。

Abstract: Ceramic stick, ceramic plate is a decorative grille, and at the same time, sunshade function, characteristics of adhering to the Tao products as a new material of environmental protection and energy saving, energy saving for the entire building main body plays a certain role. Existing buildings using clay material, connection using a similar to the dry hanging stone practices. Unlike clay existing usually decoration, the process using the vertical through high keel approach, and the vertical keel outsourcing clay floor practices, is a domestic initiative.

1工程概况

天津大学高科技楼工程位于天津市南开区鞍山西道与卫津路交口,繁华地段,占地面积8400㎡,建筑物高度10层,地下1层,总建筑面积:36818㎡,其中地上31204㎡,地下5614㎡。

本工程设计院对概念设计外立面设置大量通长的带型幕墙窗高度为 2.5m (首层、二层),2m(三层至十层),幕墙窗之间采用陶棍装饰,楼层处设置一道通长陶板装饰,与大多数工程单独采用陶棍、陶板幕墙不同,本工程按1333mm 划分单元,各单元设置竖肋,竖肋采用铝合金龙骨外侧采用陶土材料完全包裹,因此会采用大量采用肋板和端头件等异形件,陶棍、陶板与肋板和端头件等异形件连接形成单元体系,各单元体系形成整体外墙装饰。
