轴流式水轮机设计说明书

摘要

这次毕业设计的主要内容是进行水轮机结构设计,设计的对象是大峡水电站的轴流转桨式水轮机。

本次设计是在给定水轮机基本参数的前提下,通过查阅相关的设计手册,对水轮机的结构进行设计。设计的主要内容有三部分,第一部分是对水轮机进行总体结构的设计,其中包括了座环、主轴、接力器等由水轮机设计参数确定的部件。由于大峡水电站的机组是转桨式的,所以在这一部分中还包括了叶片操作系统的设计。第二部分是对导水机构进行设计。这部分主要是根据接力器直径设计导水机构传动系统。最后一部分则是根据设计手册上推荐的方法对主要部件进行强度校核。其中,导叶的校核采用编程计算。

由于本次设计采用了计算机绘图,因此使得设计过程变得简单快捷。

ABSTRACT

The main content of this Graduate Design is to carry on a structure design of Hydro

turbine .The object of this design is Da Xia Hydraulic power station.

Under the premise of appointed essential parameter ,this design is to make a contrivance for Hydro turbine by referring relative design handbook .The main contents of this design contain three parts . The first part of this design is to make a general structural design of Hydro turbine It conclude the component which can be designed by design factor of Hydro turbine .Such as stay vane ring、servomotor、bottom lid、turbine main shaft and so on .Because the Hydro turbine of Da Xia hydraulic power station is Kaplan turbine, so we have to design the controlling mechanism of water—turbine runner blades in this part .The second part is to design the Distributor of Hydro turbine .The major task of this part is designing the drive system of Guide Apparatus based on the diameter of servomotor . The last is to check the strength of important region in Hydro turbine by using the method which design manual recommend. And the strength checking of guide vane is programmed to calculate among it .

Due to the using of computer in drawing, the process of design become simple and rapid.
