圆钢和螺纹钢理论重量表 建筑工程中,圆钢和螺纹钢是对不同种类钢筋的通俗叫法,它们之间的不同主 要有以下五点: 1.外形不同。圆钢的外表面是光滑的;螺纹钢的外表面带有螺旋形的肋。 2.生产标准不同。在现行标准中,圆钢指 HPB235级钢筋,它的生产标准是《钢筋混凝土用热轧光面钢筋》( GB13013);螺纹钢一般指 HRB335及 HRB400级钢筋,它的生产标准是《钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋》( GB1499)。 3.强度不同。圆钢( HPB235)的设计强度为 210MPa;螺纹钢的强度较圆钢要高,HRB335的设计强度为 300MPa; HRB400的设计强度为 360MPa。 4.钢种不同,(化学成份不同)。圆钢( HPB235)属碳素钢,钢种是 Q235;螺纹钢属低合金钢, HRB335级钢筋是 20MnSi(20 锰硅 ) ;HRB400级钢筋是 20MnSiV 或20MnSiNb或 20MnTi 等; 5.物理力学性能不同。由于钢筋的化学成份和强度的不同,因此在物理力学性能方面有所不同。圆钢的冷弯性能较好,可以作180 度的弯钩,螺纹钢只能作90 度的直钩;圆钢的可焊性较好,用普通碳素焊条即可,螺纹钢须用低合金焊条;螺纹钢在韧性、抗疲劳性能方面较圆钢好。 理论重量(当然,如果你的智能手机或手提方便的话,用预算小软件比这个 好使多了,不过基本的东西还是记住一些的好) 用钢筋直径 (mm)的平方乘以 0.00617 乘以长度 L 0.617 是圆 10 钢筋每米重量。钢筋重量与直径(半径)的平方成正比。 G/m=0.617*D*D/100 每米的重量 (Kg) =钢筋的直径 (mm)×钢筋的直径 (mm)×0.00617 其实记住建设工程常用的钢筋重量也很简单φ6= 0.222 Kgφ6.5 =0.26kgφ8= 0.395kg φ10= 0.617kg φ12= 0.888kgΦ 14=1.21kgΦ16= 1.58kgΦ18=2.0kg Φ24= 2.47kg Φ 22=2.98kg Φ 25=3.85kg Φ28=4.837kg............
