广东财经大学2020年考研招生简章 (一)报考条件 1.报考学术学位研究生的条件 (1)中华人民共和国公民;拥护中国共产党的领导，愿为社会主义现代化建设服务、品德良好、遵纪守法。 (2)考生的学历必须符合下列条件之一： ①国家承认学历的应届本科毕业生或大学本科毕业学历的人员; ②以同等学力报考我校硕士学位研究生，必须同时具备以下条件：获得国家承认的高职高专毕业学历后满2年(从高职高专毕业到2014年9月1日,下同),达到与大学本科毕业生同等学力。在所报考专业(或相关专业)专升本，并已取得专升本主干课程合格成绩5门以上(须由教务部门出具成绩证明或出具自学考试成绩通知单)，或已独立公开发表与拟报考专业相关的学术论文1篇以上。 ③国家承认学历的本科结业生和成人高校应届本科毕业生，按本科毕业生同等学力身份报考;自考本科生和网络教育本科生须在报名现场确认截止日期前取得国家承认的大学本科毕业证书方可报考。 ④已获硕士、博士学位的人员只准报考委托培养或自筹经费研究生。在校研究生报考须在报名前征得所在培养单位同意。 (3)年龄不超过40周岁(1973年8月31日以后出生者)，报考委托培养和自筹经费的考生年龄不限。 (4)身体健康状况符合国家《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》规定的体检要求。 2.报考专业学位研究生的条件 (1)报考法律硕士(非法学)联考的考生：

①符合报考学术学位研究生的各项要求。 ②在高校学习的专业为非法学专业的(普通高等学校本科专业目录法学门类中的法学类专业[代码为0301]毕业生不得报考)。 (2)报考法律硕士(法学)联考的考生： ①符合报考学术学位研究生的各项要求。 ②在高校学习的专业为法学专业的(普通高等学校本科专业目录法学门类中的法学类专业[代码为0301]毕业生方可报考)。 (3)报考工商管理硕士的考生： ①中华人民共和国公民;拥护中国共产党的领导，愿为社会主义现代化建设服务、品德良好、遵纪守法。 ②大学本科毕业后有3年或3年以上工作经验的人员;获得国家承认的高职高专毕业学历后，有5年或5年以上工作经验，达到与大学本科毕业生同等学力的人员;已获硕士学位或博士学位并有2年或2年以上工作经验的人员。 ③年龄不超过40周岁(1973年8月31日以后出生者)，报考委托培养和自筹经费的考生年龄不限。 ④身体健康状况符合国家规定的体检要求。 (4)报考金融硕士、保险硕士的考生与学术学位考生报考条件相同。 (二)报名方式和时间请考生按教育部、考生所在地省级高校招生办公室、报考点以及我校网上公告要求报名，凡不按公告要求报名、网报信息误填、错填或填报虚假信息而造成不能考试或复试的，后果由考生本人承担。在报名日期内，考生可自行修改网报信息。现场确认：预计现场确认时间预计为2013年11月，具体安排请详见各报名点通知。考生参加现场确认时须出示身份证件和学历证件(全日制应届本科毕业生和成人高校应届本科毕业生持本人的学生
