的书，训练他们迅速阅览图书，找出自己需要的资料的能力，以及边读边想边记的读书方法等，以便提高阅读的效果。 3、激发阅读兴趣，营造良好的读书氛围。课外阅读活动要取得成效，关键在于激发学生的阅读兴趣，引导学生持之以恒，坚持阅读。因此，要根据学生的心理和个性特点，开展丰富多彩的课外阅读活动。如举行读书汇报会、速读比赛、美文诵读比赛、讲故事比赛、读书笔记展评、阅读之星评选等。此外，还可以邀请家长到校参加读书活动，增加读书气氛，激发学生的阅读热情。 4、重视阅读评价，抓好检查落实。教师和家长每周要对学生的阅读情况进行一次检查，对阅读量达到要求，阅读效果好的学生进行表扬鼓励，并让他们在班上介绍自己的读书经验或心得体会。对暂时达不到要求的学生，要热情地给予指导和帮助，使他们端正阅读态度，改进读书方法，落实好课外阅读计划。五、具体活动策略：（1）每个学生制定出读书成长计划和读书目标。包括所读书的书名；b、摘录最喜爱的几句话；c、给书中的一个片段画一幅插图；d、看了以后印象和感受比较深的自己写写读后感，进一步提高阅读的效率。（2）每天的晨读时间朗读课文，也可以背一首新学的古诗或诗歌。（3）以身作则，从老师自身做起，每天中午饭后做到和学生一起看书。（4）利用语文课的前三分钟时间，让学生每周背诵三首古诗。利用综合实践课，举办以"好书推荐"、"名人名言"、"我最喜欢的......向同学介绍自己看过的好书、新书，交流彼此在读书活动中的体会，在班级中形成良好的读书氛围。（5）语文课可以结合语文课外阅读，同时学习"同步阅读"，扩大阅读量。（6）指导做好"探星阅读手册"，摘抄好词好句，适当写读后感，定期交流，评奖。（7）鼓励同学之间有好书要互相交换看，好书共分享，换一本好书交一个朋友。不仅交换了好书，还加深了同学间的友谊。不过要提醒学生，借阅别人的书，一定要好好爱护。（8）定期到阅览室看课外书，班主任定期开展"好书推荐"，指导学生做读书笔记。
