第一步：开头段的写法：

1、观点型作文，两面型提出观点开头

第二步：写出中间段

1）主题句+例证句

First, too much pressure can damage employee’s health.(简单句) For example, due to the high pressure in work, a prominent journalist died on his way to interview a scholar, which is a tragedy and loss of the whole country(例证句)。

2）主题句+解释句

The enthusiasm of the staff can be quenched if they are exposed to overwhelming stress. Virtually, only by the love of one’s career,rather than the external pressure, can the emloyee be driven to accomplish the tasks in work as quickly and as well as possible.(倒装句)

3）主题句（N1,+N2+名扩）

第三步：结尾段的写法

方法1：两面型结尾

The proverb goes that no garden without its weed. Essential to some extent as … is (as的倒装句)，I still advocate reducing it by efforts. （自己的观点）。

方法2：因果型结尾

方法3：How型结尾

Following these suggestions may not guarantee the success/solution, but the pay-off might be worth the effort. It will help/benefit/contribute to …(效果) eventually.

Paragraph one

Here is a vivid and lively cartoon in which we can see a grandfather and a grandson watching TV together. This picture conveys a clear and strong message to us that water should be saved for the survival of both human beings and other species that live on the Earth.

It is not difficulty at all for us, upon careful thought, to understand the meaning as depicted in the picture, First of all, water is important to ever forms of life. To survive, we need water, and should save water. Besides, water is limited on earth. If we don’t try to save it, we can see it up one day. That will be the end of the world. Finally, water is often polluted, which makes the situation even worse.

According to what’s discussed above, I belive that great efforts should be made to save water. On one hand, government should make stricter rules to stop people from wasting and polluting water. On the other hand, the public should be aware that it’s the duty to save water.
