1.A公司是某房地产集团下一家物业经营管理公司,成立初期,该公司非常注重规范化管理和调动员工

的积极性,制定了一套科学完善的薪酬管理制度,公司得到了较快的发展。随着规模的扩大,该公司的经营业绩却不断滑坡,客户的投诉也日益增加,员工对工作失去了往日的热情,部分技术、管理骨干出现了离职的情况,其他一些人员也有了离职倾向。公司经过对内部管理的深入了解和诊断,发现问题出在公司的薪酬系统上:关键技术骨干力量的薪酬水平较市场明显偏低,对外缺乏竞争力,公司

2.2004年初,张某应聘到ABC公司,双方签订了一份为期5年的协议,双方约定张某在服务期内不得

以任何借口离开公司,如因私脱离公司,则按其本人工资收入的300%支付违约金,并赔偿经济损失8万元。此后,ABC公司为张某办理了人才引进等相关手续,并支付代理招聘服务费8000元。
