李阳:一路喊到2008

人们会不自觉的把他和俞敏洪做比较，因为某种类似:当年同样是自卑而失落的性格，同样是成绩平平甚至挂科连连，却最终均以最自信的姿态站到了语言培训的讲台，掀起了国人外语学习的风暴。

他也会总提到新东方，但是却因为"不同"。"新东方主张'从绝望中寻找希望'，仍然是personal value，而我们的口号是'让3亿中国人说一口流利的英语'，是national value。"他说连俞敏洪都会羡慕他，"因为同我打招呼的人比同他打招呼的人更多"。

这是个善于利用媒体的人，熟谙媒体的操作流程。还没开始采访，李阳便拿出《北京青年报》和《竞报》上的大篇报道递给我，说其中有的文字干脆就是他自己写的。看着报纸上"一路喊到2008"的字样，不由想起曾几何时跟着他在操场上张大嘴挥着臂魔鬼训练的样子，感慨时间过得快。而他自己，从1988年开始从事"喊"的事业，如今也已经走过了20年。

就在不久前，李阳疯狂英语的团队成功竞标成为2008年北京奥运会语言赞助商。语言赞助商是个前所未有的新事物，因为只有亚洲国家才可能存在语言问题。这让他兴奋不已，"终于可以用国家力量和国际力量来做我自己想做的事了。"

他的计划总是一个赶着一个。2008年奥运会之后，他筹划全力以赴做环保，带领小孩子们去捡垃圾袋，然后把装东西的塑料袋改用布袋。

想当商人的老师

李阳是个有争议的人。很多人不喜欢他，因为他太商业了。

但这个被很多人叫作"李老师"的人，却一点不讳言他的商人身份。不仅如此，对于中国的国民心态和现世的商业机会，他拿捏的分寸得当，以致于创办"李阳疯狂英语"至今20年来，他倡导的口号做的事情始终没有太大变化。在这个沧海桑田的20年，如此一以贯之的以一种思维做一件事的人，怕是屈指可数。"让3亿人说一口流利的英语，这样的口号永远不会过时。"

他说"疯狂英语"的构成是"50%的方法+50%的精神"。以"手势突破"为代表的"疯狂"方法，甚至成为一些国外语言教学界的研究课题;而公开演讲中的"励志"篇章--百折不挠、奋发向上，在他看来更是与奥运精神天然契合。"我们与奥运的结合完全不需要任何过渡。"

前段时间，他和萨马兰奇及其他奥委会成员在一起，发现这些老爷子当了一辈子志愿者，句句不离精神。但同时奥运本身又是最成功的商业。"没有任何一个东西像奥运这样商业，但又没有一个人说它商业，每个人都在门口等着送钱。"他们到洛桑总部去买东西，不能用master card，只能用visa。到了奥运期间，为了保证赞助伙伴的利益，每个举办城市都要

避免出现赞助伙伴竞争对手的广告。

在李阳看来，这就是商业和文化、商业和体育结合得很好的方式。他说商人要当好是很难的，自己就是个"想当商人的老师"。

按钮一开，2000个地方共振

申办奥运语言赞助商之前，李阳领导的疯狂英语团队曾经与奥组委有过很多合作，包括第八届垒球赛和世界青年锦标赛，走的就是志愿者培训的道路。但是包括150万人的奥运志愿者的培训，相对于之前的大型赛事，是一个巨大而庞杂的管理过程。"这就意味着，将来北京的饭店和任何服务行业，都会拿我的资料练英语。"

李阳曾经在一家宾馆遇到国际篮球协会的主席程万琦。程万琦对李阳说了这样一段经历，他曾经作为奥委会的考察人员到北京。市委书记刘淇对程说北京有500万英语的人才。程万琦感叹，我来中国已经7年了，怎么从来没碰到其中的一个。

程对北京语言环境的抱怨，让李阳更坚定了自己"一路喊到2008"的决心。"语言是慢速积累，而且要每天练。英语的好坏等于嘴巴动的次数。不能说上三天课发个证就出山了。"

他决定按照长期以来屡试不爽的模式，成立魔鬼夏令营，而且要开100个。从奥运精神、奥运语言到奥运礼仪，对核心志愿者进行一通"狂轰乱炸和洗脑"。而像城市志愿者和社会志愿者等其他志愿者，李阳打算通过网络和各种各样的渠道，在全国招募他的助教，把这些人派到北京饭店和其他机构，每天教员工练习口语。"凡是老外可能出现的地方，我们都会派志愿者。这样一来，我这里按钮一开动，2000多个地方都在共振。"

除去餐厅、酒店这些可能明年要频繁跟老外打交道的服务行业，其他一些市民场所，如何让街头的老大爷老大妈能开口说英文呢?"我们跟北京市民讲外语办公室有很多合作。很多居委会老大妈老大爷现在英语都练得很好了。我出过200多本书。我曾经看到一个老太太把书里的那些句子组合到一起，编了一段北京历史。13个老太太按照本子排练表演，为的是明年接待老外，特别有意思。""出版物是死的，我们也会通过MP3、MP4以及企业赞助的小音响，走进千家万户。到了明年，志愿者们都会穿上"爱国者理想飞扬"的衣服，到大街小巷去喊。

李阳说，当年韩国模仿他的那个人获得了韩国总统奖。这个人让全国的农民把100句话喊得滚瓜烂熟。"老百姓就需要这种。你要说主谓宾，就歇菜了。"

做全球语言教学的麦当劳

到洛桑取经的时候，李阳意外的发现，瑞士人英语并不好，他从中发现了商机，立下了新的"宏图大志":要做全球语言教学的麦当劳。

"也就是说，这样的模式可以复制?""对于一个发展成熟的企业，一切都是标准化的，这点很容易实现。我们请的很多职员都是哈佛商学院毕业的。他们一来，我们这些土鳖子就要

往边上站站了。作为一个管理者要有心胸，得容得下所有人在里面跳舞。"

这个不时冒出新奇想法的天生演说家，比照片中显得苍老，两鬓生了白发。想想也是，这些年来，他的最高纪录是一天飞转6个城市，算不得空中飞人，也快极品飞车了。不过他现在想改变这种生活节奏。在北京，他正在寻求一个2000平方米的大办公室，其间可以进行全方位的指挥和奥运讲师的培训。他对这间超大办公室的构想，是拥有20-30个房间，一个房间培训一个项目，精神培训、技能培训、语法培训，全方位一站式的服务。"或许用'英语超市'来形容比较合适。更准确的说，我就是想复制1万个李阳，让他们奔赴全国各地。"他示意助理记下他刚刚说过的这句话。
