本教学设计的内容为人教版pep小学英语三年级下册第三单元Part C Story time.本单元的话题是At the zoo,教学的主题是动物,功能话题是向他人介绍小动物的体貌特征,该话题被英语新课程标准列为1级目标,要求学生熟练灵活应用目标词汇和句型介绍身边的小动物。本教学设计从以下几个方面进行:

一、教材分析

本单元以动物为话题,重点是描述动物的体貌特征,通过设计的教学任务来训练Look at the… It’s … It has…句型的使用。这个单元的教学内容与三年级上册Unit 4 We love animals.认识小动物有紧密的联系,在以前的学习中学生已经掌握了部分动物的词汇。这个话题贴近学生生活,他们对描述小动物的体态特征比较熟悉且感兴趣,教学活动比较容易开展,可以在让学生掌握课本知识的基础上适当进行拓展,以丰富学生知识。本课是第三单元的故事课,通过听说使学生掌握并运用与动物有关的目标词汇及介绍动物的常用句型。

Part C部分是故事课教学,是在学习完AB部分关于描述小动物体态特征的形容词thin,fat, tall,short…以及语句Look at the… It’s … It has…的语言基础上而进行的文本阅读。本故事通过两个主要人物Zoom和Zip比赛认识动物,重现了已学的部分动物单词和形容词,并拓展了新的动物单词lion, fox, wolf, zebra, gorilla and horse.以及句型:How many animals do you know? I know all the animals.目的是想通过这样一个较为有意义的语篇,增加学生们语言的输入,使得学生逐步适应文本的阅读,培养学生在实际情景中运用语言的能力。

二、教学背景分析

教学背景的分析主要从学生所处的文化背景,他们已有的知识背景以及个人的生活背景三方面着手。

(一)文化背景

文本中出现的动物都是学生们熟知的小动物,比如:monkey, horse等,他们也可以在动物园中见到:gorilla, wolf, zebra等。所有同学都知道panda是我们中国的特有的动物,也

有小部分同学或许在电视上看到过koala, kangaroo, eagle, beaver等动物,但是很少有同学知道这些动物所属的国家。虽然这是第一单元所要介绍的一个文化背景,但在开学初我对教材做了整合,将其调整在第三单元故事教学中完成。

Next,the key points of this lesson: First of all, to study and use the sentence patterns “What size?”“How much are they ?”“A pair of … for … .” “We' ll take them.”To improve the Ss’ abilities in “shopping”; Secondly, teach the Ss how to study independently as well as by cooperation. 小学英语三年级下册Unit 6 How Many ?说课稿 阿场二中英语组:李洪芹 一、说教材:PEP小学英语教材以话题为纲,以交际功能为主线,兼顾语言结构,逐步引导学生运用英语完成有实际目的的语言任务。三年级下册Unit 6 How Many ?这个单元,是学生在三年级上册已经掌握数字1—10的基础上,要学生继续学习数字11—20,并且能够在实际生活情景中灵活地运用这些数字。根据教材内容的安排,我确定本课时的教学内容为完成Part A 中的Let’s learn 和Let’s chant 两部分。本课以培养学生运用能力为目的,结合教材重点、难点及英语学科特点,从视、听、说等方面使学生得到锻炼,在愉快、轻松的氛围中达到初步运用英语交际的能力。 二、说教学目标: 知识目标: 1、学习认读单词:eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen. 2、使学生掌握询问多少的句型.并且能在活动中灵活运用. How many are there ?”然后出示一张5只小猴的图片,问学生:“How many monkeys do you see ?”引出“看一看”的教学,引导学生用“I see 6 monkeys”来回答.出示一些答案是10以内的PPT 图片,如:apples,kites,pens,cats,stars,gifts,hamburgers的PPT图片请学生回答。通过此环节以旧带新引出新句子“How many ……do you see?
