第四节实验:用打点计时器测速度

一、教学目标

知识与技能:

1.了解电磁打点计时器和电火花打点计时器的基本构成,知道打点计时器的计时原理,并学会使用打点计时器。

2.通过实例学会根据纸带上的点分析速度的变化情况,并学会测定平均速度。

3.通过实例学会用打点计时器测量瞬时速度。

4.学会用图象表示速度变化规律的方法,理解用平滑曲线“拟合”坐标系中描出的点来反映客观规律的思想。

过程与方法:

1.通过学生自己看打点计时器的说明书,培养学生独立学习的能力.

2.通过实验得出物体的运动信息,用数学方法表述出来.培养学生获取信息、处理信息的能力,体会处理问题的方法,领悟如何间接测一些不能直接测量的物理量的方法.

3.通过画速度一时间图象培养学生用图象法处理数据的能力,体验数学工具在物理发展中的作用.

4.体验实验中理性思维的重要,既要动手,更要动脑.

5.经历科学探究过程,认识科学探究的意义,尝试应用科学探究的方法研究物体运动.

情感态度与价值观:

1、体验实验中理性思维的重要,即要动手,又要动脑

二、教学内容剖析

本节课的地位和作用:打点计时器是高中阶段学习的一个重要的计时仪器,通过本节课的学习要掌握打点计时器的工作原理和操作方法为后面对打点计时器的应用打下良好的基础。本节课教学重点:

1、学会使用打点计时器

2、能根据纸带计算物体运动的瞬时速度

3、会用描点法描绘物体的速度---时间图象,并从中获取物理信息

本节课教学难点:处理纸带的方法,用描点法画图象的能力

三、教学思路与方法

注重培养学生的实验素质,实验课以学生活动为主,各种活动应有序进行。指导学生阅读课文、说明卡,对照课文和说明卡观察仪器结构、了解仪器功能、操作要领。认真观察实验现象,小组之间可以交流、对比实验情况。如有意识的变速拉动纸带,观察纸带上打出的点起始部分、中间部分、最后部分有什么变化?其他小组打出的点有什么不同,这些差异都说明什么问题?以提高对实验现象的观察力。

要求学生尊重原始测量的数据,不能随意改动,实验测量的原始数据是研究实验想象,寻找结论和规律的基本依据,也是检验、评价实验结果的依据。尊重原始测量数据,是良好实验素质和可科学精神的具体体现。

打点计时器, 学生电源, 导线, 纸带, 刻度尺, 小车细线及钩码, 坐标纸五、课堂教学设计

(1)使用前的检查与调整:第一步,先不插入光电门,把功能转换开关K

计时档,打开电源开关,数码管应跳字。第二步,把两个光电门分别插入输入插座“Ⅰ”、“Ⅱ”,数码管应停止跳字;如果仍不断跳字,表明光电门的发光管光线没照准接受管,或者光电门的四芯插头没插好,应仔细加以调整,直至数码管停止跳字为止。第三步,检查清零性能,按一下“复位”钮,数码管应全部清零;间隔2、3秒钟连续接通电源,数码管应能自动全部清零。

仪器接通电源后,要经五分钟预热,使时基脉冲达到稳定后,再开始使用。

(4)光控计数:K

置“计数”,对任一光电门每遮光一次,数码管就累加一个字,显示出遮光的次数。

(5)数码管窗口玻璃丝有机玻璃,经摩擦会产生静电,以致感应数码管的亮段消失,要待一会才能恢复。因此,在使用过程中,禁忌用手或其它干燥物揩试窗口玻璃,以免造成数码管暂时不亮的现象。
