技术协议
TECHNICAL AGREEMENT
XXX有限公司(以下简称甲方)建造的4000HP拖轮，拟用XXX有限公司(以下简称乙方)生产的液位开关、液位计、压力表等产品，经双方友好协商达成以下协议：
4000HP Bollard Poll Tug built in XXX Co., LTD (the buyer) is to use level controller level gauge & pressure gauge produced by XXXCo., LTD.(the seller). The two sides negotiate frien dly and man age to the agreeme nt showed as below:

1.厂家提供液位计、液位开关焊接座板，所有设备铭牌要配备齐全
2.厂家提供液位计和液位开关的ABS型式认可证书
ABS type approval certificate of level switch and level gauge should be provided by maker.
3 所有的产品必须满足ABS船级社的要求
All products should comply with ABS Classificatio n society requireme nts.
4.合同生效后7天内，乙方向甲方提供认可图4套；若甲方在4周没有回复意见，乙方按认可图生产
Seller shall furnish Buyer with in 7 days after award of con tract ， 4 sets of approval draws. If the buyer does n' t retur n with comme nts with in four week, the seller could produce as per approval draw in gs）.
5.产品保质期为交船后一年（具体以合同为准）。
Guara ntee period is 12 mon ths after ship delivery
6.合同签订后本技术协议一并生效。
This tech ni cal agreeme nt take effect after con tract sig ned.
7.未尽事宜双方协商解决。
Unmen ti oned matters are to be solved by n egotiati on of both sides.
