一、课程内容简介
《生物医用高分子材料》（Polymeric Biomaterials for Medicine）是研究可用于人体、器官的诊断、修复、替换或疾病治疗的新材料的科学，是"生命医学"和"材料学"的交叉学科，也是二十一世纪的前沿重点学科之一。生物医用高分子材料对创造新剂型和提高药物制剂质量具有极其重要的作用，在药物缓控释放，靶向控制释放和基因治疗方面有着不可替代的应用价值。本课程介绍了生物医用高分子材料的结构与性能之间的关系及有关制备技术，通过介绍生物医用高分子材料在有关学科领域的新思路和新方法，使学生了解和掌握生物医用高分子材料前沿科学及进展情况，从而更好地为将来从事药物科学及药物新技术深入研究奠定基础。
本课程分为六个章节，内容包括：生物医用高分子材料的发展简介、组成结构、制备方法、物理化学性质及其在药物制剂、药物缓控释、药物靶向释放，基因治疗和纳米药物及其制备技术等方面的应用，并通过学生自主选择相关题目，查阅文献，总结报告等方式，使学生能融会贯通地将生物医用高分子材料与药物科学与技术研究结合起来，从而为生物医药科学的发展及药物研究打下坚实基础。
"Polymeric Biomaterials for Medicine" is the science for studying the new materials in diagnosing, repairing, displaying the body or organs as well as in the treatments of disease. It is one of the important frontier fields crossing the life medicine and materials. In pharmaceutical science especially in pharmacy, "Polymeric Biomaterials for Medicine" plays a key role in creating new drug preparations and improving the quality of the drug preparations. In addition, it has the absolutely application value in the sustained control release and targeted control release and gene therapy. This class introduces a kind of new materials and technologies of "Polymeric Biomaterials for Medicine" in order to lead the students to know the advanced progress of polymeric biomaterials in drug preparation, while to train them to build up the basic thoughts for investigation of pharmaceutical science and technology in the future.
This class gives six chapters including: Introduction of polymeric biomaterials for medicine, structure and components, preparation methodology, chemical and physic properties and its application in drug preparation, controlled release, target release, gene therapy and nano-drugs, which can lead students to work successfully in polymeric biomaterials and drug preparation in the future.
