切实可行的方法去处理教材,提高驾驭教材的能力,促使自己创造性地使用好新教材。 3、培养学生良好的学习习惯及听说读写技能和综合语言运用的能力是英语教学的重点。因此要根据小学生学习的特点创建以活动课和任务型的教学模式。采用韵律儿歌、歌曲、表演等教学方法，鼓励学生大胆运用英语。同时，积极开展各种生动活泼的英语课外活动，增长知识，开阔视野，发展智力和个性，促进学生的发展。 三、改革评价方式，完善评价体系 课程评价在课程体系中起着激励导向和质量监控的作用。本学期促进学生全面发展、激励及发展上进和推动课程不断完善的评价体系。 1、不断完善学业评价体系。对考试内容、考试形式等方面进行大胆改革，探索建立促进学校发展、教师成长和学生发展的评价体系。 2、改变只关注学生学业成绩的单一总结性的考试评价方式，着眼于充分全面了解学生，帮助学生认识自我，建立自信，关注个别差异，了解学生发展中的需求;应建立以自评为主，同时有校长、同行、学生、家长共同参与的评价制度，使教师从多方面获得改进工作的信息，对自己教学行为的分析与反思，激发在自审、反思基础上的自评，不断提高教学水平。 3、加强对提高课堂教学效益问题的研究，构建符合本地实际、促进师和生发展的小学英语课堂教学评价体系。 4、加强对小学英语考试的研究，加大考试内容改革的力度，以考试为切入口，促进改进教学行为，全面提高教学质量。
