2018年嘉兴中考英语首次实施人机对话听说能力考试

从市教育局获悉，根据《关于进一步完善初中毕业升学考试与高中招生工作的实施意见》，我市最新出台了《关于做好2018年初中毕业升学考试英语听说能力考试工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》)，将在明年中考英语科首次实施人机对话的听说能力考试，具体考试时间和实施办法流程均已明确。

2018年中考英语：

听说能力考试提前单独实施

根据《意见》，与已经实施的中考体育、实验操作考查一样，明年我市英语中考的听力考试部分将完善为听说能力考试，而且将首次以人机对话的形式来提前单独实施。考试时间为2018年5月8日和5月9日(共两天)，满分值为30分，计入中考英语总分。报名参加2018年嘉兴市中考的应届或历届初中毕(结)业生，均需参加英语听说能力考试，不参加考试视作自动放弃。

实施该项改革的目的，是为更好适应现代英语测评的新要求，科学检测学生的英语听说能力，进一步提高考生的适应性，促进英语课程教育教学改革。嘉兴市教育考试院相关负责人表示，通过实施英语人机对话的听说能力考试，有助于改变以往中学生英语学习中存在的哑巴英语现象，进一步落实义务段国家《英语课程标准》，深化英语课程改革，有效提升我市初中学生英语听力和口语应用能力，提高英语教学质量。根据目前省内各地的实施情况，温州早在2010年就推出了英语中考口语测试，宁波和嘉兴将在2018年推出口语测试，衢
