前言
根据广东省住房和城乡建设厅《关于发布<2016年广东省工程建设标准制修订计划>的通知》（粤建科函[2016]3007号）的要求，规范编制组经广泛调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考有关国内外先进标准，与国内相关标准协调，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，最后经审查定稿。
本规范的主要技术内容是：总则、术语和符号、基本规定、勘察、地基检测、浅基础检测、基桩检测、加固基础检测、变形监测、地基基础鉴定。
