Level 1: Molding

102Deformation/变形The part is bent, twisted.

103Flash/披锋Excess material not supposed to be on the part.

104Short Shot/不满Injection of the part is not complete.

105Weld Line/融接线Line of joining of material

106Gate Marks/水口纹Colour tone differences by the injection point.

107Flow Marks/流痕Colour tone differences in the surface.

108Burning Marks/糊Blackened and burnt areas

109Gas Mark/气丝Colour tone stripes or dots in the surface

110Scratch/划伤Abrasion, groove on the surface.

111Shiny Marks/亮斑deviations appearing as shiny areas from the defined roughness

of the surface.

112Air Bubble/气泡Air bubble on the surface

113Color Different/色差Color deviation from target color

114Texture Error/麻面Deviation from defined surface texture.

115Impurity/杂质Visible particles in or on the surface such as black dot, white

dot, dust, grease, etc.

etc.

211Shiny Mark/亮斑deviations appearing as shiny areas from the defined roughness

of the surface.

212Weld Line/融接线Visiable line at material joint area due to release of internal

stress.

213Dim Mark/暗斑Gloss different due to internal stress releasing after painting at

gate area, weld line, etc.
