The best way to fight the stress is to have a balanced life. Make sure you keep yourself in mind: Sleep, Exercise, and Food. If you get enough sleep and eat properly, and if you exercise and leave time for fun, you’ll probably feel less stressed.

Which hand do you use when you write? About 8 to 15 percent of people are left handed. They often have to use tools that are designed for right-handed people.
