摘　要：论述了糠醛深加工的意义，综述了以糠醛为原料的系列产品的基本合成方法及其在香料、医药、农药和有机合成等领域中的应用。

through the Material of Furaldehyde

Abstract：The article noticed the significance of furaldehyde′s further processing.30 references were cited.It explained the fundamental synthesis of a series of productions through the material of furaldehyde.The application of these productions in the field of perfume、medicine、pesticide and organic synthesis was also explained.

1　引言

糠醛最初从砻糖中得到，农副产品中所含多缩戊糖经水解脱水即生成糠醛。

许多农作物的茎、皮、糖壳都含有多缩戊糖，因此都能用作制造糠醛的原料，我国生产糠醛的原料极为丰富，主要有玉米蕊、棉子壳和甘蔗渣等。我国玉米栽培面积和产量均居世界第二，估计每年玉米蕊的产量约为1000万t，若收集1/10玉米蕊，便可加工成10万t糠醛。
