摘要：近年来，随着建筑市场的开放，建筑与安装业迅猛发展对建筑的功能要求不断提高，特别是智能大楼的出现，使得电气安装工程成为房屋建筑工程中重要组成部分。在建设工程中，电气安装质量的好坏轻则影响整体工程的质量，重则会危及用户的安全。因此，本文重点研究了建筑电气工程施工质量问题，就防治电气施工质量通病提出一些防治措施。

Abstract: in recent years, with the opening of the construction market, construction and installation industry rapid development of building functional requirements continuously improve, especially the emergence of intelligent building, make electrical installation to be in housing construction project is an important part. In the construction engineering, electrical installation quality of light will influence the overall project quality, heavy will endanger the safety of users. Therefore, this article focuses on the construction of electrical engineering construction quality problem, the prevention and control of electrical construction quality problems puts forward some prevention and control measures.

前言

房屋建筑机电安装工程包含了中央空调、防排烟、生活给排水、消火栓、喷洒、楼宇自控、保安监控、消防自动报警、综合布线、有线电视、公共广播、动力、照明等系统。工期短，结构复杂，施工难度大，施工质量要求高是房屋建筑机电安装的特点。受这一特点和其他因素的影响，建筑机电安装工程存在一些质量通病，施工者需要引起注意。

一、管路敷设

1、现象：

钢管和PVC管壁厚不足，钢管毛刺，钢管防腐，线管堵塞，预埋线管处的裂缝，线管保护层不够，金属管未做跨接接地线或者不论材质一律焊跨接接地线以及镀锌管直接采用套管熔焊连接、套管连接不牢；
