2010年9月起，我校七年级英语使用外研社版的教材，新教材对于老师和学生来说都是一个考验。为了更好上好这套教材，我参加了化州教研室组织的教材教研会，努力地研究了这套教材特点及教法。作为一名教师，我深知要上好一节课，提高学生的学习成绩，备课是关键。一年下来，我坚持先备课后上课原则，做到每节课都是做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参考书，既备教材，教法，又备学生。结合我校学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知识的横向衔接；既要突出重点，又要突出难点；既要体现完整的教学过程，又要注意好个环节的过渡自然。

根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用了学校的多媒体平台，优化了整个英语课堂，令原本枯燥无味的英语变得生动活泼。借助多媒体课件里的图片、动画、声音等使学生容易在了解单词的词义，让学生重返英语交流的情境。让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。在完成了每节课的新授课任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开；为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习环境，以简单易操作的趣味性、多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿、认读、视听，从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用能力，培养他们的学习兴趣。

三、在班主任工作方面，

我非常重视学生的思想教育工作。通过主题班会对学生进行爱祖国、爱人民、爱集体、爱老动、爱学习等的思想教育。使学生能养成良好的班风、学风。班干部是老师的左右手，所以我把培养得力的班

干部作为班主任工作的一项重要内容。我还常给班干部定时开会，了解他们工作的情况，鼓励他们大胆开展工作。使班干部能在同学中树立起威信，成为同学学习的榜样。

四、加强自学，永不止步。

“学海无涯，教无止境”，作为一名年青教师，只有不断充电，才能维持教学的青春和活力。本人深知自己在英语教学方面经验甚少，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一起学习有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学习、扩大视野；用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种课件资料，时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。同时，在工作之余，结合课程改革，利用书籍、网络，认真学习课程改革相关理论，学习他人在教育教学中好的经验、方法等。通过学习，让自己树立了先进的教学理念，也明确了今后教育教学要努力的方向。

四、自我反思，明确努力方向

在期末考试，我所任教的七年级英语成绩和自己期望的有一定的差距。本人认真进行了反思，原因主要有以下几个方面：

1、在课堂教学中充分利用多媒体课件，调动了学生的积极性，但对学生基础知识的训练不够，致使课堂教学效率不高；

2、对差生的说服教育缺乏力度，虽然也抓了差生，但没有时时抓在手上。

改进的措施：

1.、进一步加强对新课改的认识，充分利用多媒体调动学生学习

积极性的同时，努力提高课堂教学的效率。

2、狠抓读书，落实对英语语音的掌握。

3、加强学生的写作及训练，开阔学生的视野，拓宽学生思路，提高学生英语表达的能力；

4、采取措施，加强训练，落实知识点。

总之，一年来的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮助，使我干劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增.我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法，在教学中设计一些学生喜爱的活动，游戏来辅助课堂教学，激活课堂.积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩.我相信有耕耘总会有收获。
