一、课程的性质、目的和任务
英语听说课是英语教育专业的一门专业基础及必修课程，是一门以听力技巧训练和口语训练相结合的实践型专业技能课程。其目的是采用不同类型的语音材料，对学生进行专门、系统的听力技能训练，有计划地提高学生的听力理解水平和思维能力，并就同一话题进行口语会话和表达，力求促进学生英语听说能力的发展，为培养学生全面、综合的英语素质奠定良好的听说基础。
本课程遵循内容与听力技巧并重的原则，重视各项细节技能和综合技能的训练。本课程教学目的是让学生掌握一定的听力技巧和方法，进而提高英语听力水平。这决定了本课程的教学任务是培养学生辨听容易混淆的音素、单词、结构，选择关键词，把握中心思想，敏于细节，推测意旨，快速短时记忆与记录，以及对数字、时间、地名、方位、主旨的快速反应等。在教学过程中坚持精听与泛听相结合，课内听与课外听相结合，循序渐进。在听懂及听好教材材料的情况下，对重点部分内容进行相关的口语操练，达到能够“说”、会“说”、敢“说”的目的。力争在教师不断努力和学生的配合下，使学生的听、说技能不断提高，为学生升入高年级打好基础。
二、课程教学基本要求
1、知识要求
（1）掌握日常会话、故事、采访、独白、通知、法律和新闻中的基本词汇和常用重点句型；
（2）英语发音规则：连读、重读、弱读、爆破等；
（3）英语语音语调；
（4）基于听力材料主题的口语训练。
2、技能要求
（1）能听懂日常活动中使用的结构简单的英语对话；并把握语音连读、重读、弱读、爆破等语音特点；
（2）能提取有效信息并理解概括信息；
（3）具备胜任专业英语四级听力考试的能力基础。
3、素质要求
（1）培养学生自主学习和终身学习的能力；
（2）了解中西方文化差异，培养学生的文化素养。
三、教学条件
教师任职条件：英语专业学历，高校英语教师资格；有一定的教学能力、教育科研能力和创新能力，懂电脑、懂得操作语言实验室内的仪器和设备。另外要求教师具有制作多媒体课件进行教学设计的能力，并具有应用现代教育技术进行教学的能力。
教学场地：语音实验室
教学材料：电脑，多媒体，视频，音频
四、教学内容及学时安排
1．任务驱动教学法。
具体的操作方法：听力内容给出相关的音视频，并提供需要完成的任务。以学生听为主，教师就重点难点进行讲解，并指出听力技巧和语音现象。
口语：以听力材料的内容为话题，兼具诵读，对话等形式。
2．关键句复述法。
3．听、说结合，精讲精练。
4．视频教学法。充分利用英文电影资源，时间允许的情况下，补充一些经典电影片段对白。以英语听说课为导向，使得课堂更加丰富，生动，形象，更能激发学生的学习兴趣和热情。
六、考核方式及评分方法
考试科目，闭卷
学生形成性评价占50%，包括上课出勤情况、课堂回答问题、课堂内容的复习效果检查及作业检查。
期末考试成绩占50%，考试按教学大纲的要求进行，学院组织人员统一命题。考试内容应紧密结合所学教材，重点考核学生的听力能力。

一、实训目的、任务与要求
英语听说课作为英语教育专业的一门重要基础课, 在专业培养目标中的定
位是培养学生良好的英语语言基础,与其他基础英语课程一起帮助学生打好扎实的英语基本功。与此定位相适应, 本课程的实训主要是大力强化锻炼学生听力技能,提高学生的英语听力水平。特别是通过听录音选择正确的答案及听写方面的训练能使学生能够基本理解不同主题，不同来源的英语主题的主要观点，注意英语新闻中的语言、篇章特点与阐述逻辑。本课程通过推进学生的英语听力学习，促进学生的英语词汇、语法、阅读、西方文化等其他方面的学习。
对教师的要求：教师要认真负责，对每次听力训练要做到有计划、有控制、有指导、有成绩记录、有听力训练讲评。教师对听力实践课要像上正课一样，对整个训练过程要作具体指导，以便学生顺利完成听力训练任务。
对学生的要求：学生在进行实际听力训练时，态度要端正，目的要明确，作风要踏实，严格按照老师的要求，做好相关的听力课准备工作。

1）考核内容
考核学生对听力材料的技巧掌握能力和听写能力，运用听力技巧，结合口语阐述，考查学生听说能力。
2）考核方法
上课出勤情况、课堂回答问题、课堂内容的复习效果检查及作业检查。
3）成绩评定
英语听说是英语专业学生的必修课，实训成绩的考核分为A（优秀），B（良），C（及格），D（不及格）四个等级。上课出勤、课堂表现、复习效果、作业检查各占25%。
