第一节短文改错

假如英语课上老师要求同桌之间交换修改作文，请你修改你同桌的以下作文，文中共有10处语言错误，每句中最多有两处。每处错误仅涉及一个单词的增加，删除或修改。

增加：在缺词处加一个漏字符号（/\），并在其下面写出该加的词。

删除：把多余的词用斜线（\）划掉。

修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。

注意：1. 每处错误及其修改均仅限一词；

2. 只允许修改10处，多者（从第11处起）不计分。

Dear sir,

I’m writing to tell you that we are happy to see our new library open. It is so beautiful and good equipped that we all like to spend our spare time here, and some problems have come up.

First of all, there aren’t a plenty of seats in the reading room, so we can’t take notes when read. Next, the library is close at weekends when they have more time to enjoy reading. Beside, we don’t know how to search for the books that we need.

My suggestion is that our library provides more seats and open at weekends. What’s more, computers should be supplied so that we can learn about the new books we borrow.

I’m Li Hua. I feel greatly honored to be here to introduce to you a traditional Chinese food. As you know, Chinese food enjoys worldwide popularity. Now let me tell you something about “yuanxiao”, which is made of rice powder with sweet fillings, looking like a small white ball.

Yuanxiao or tangyuan can date back to about 2,000 years ago. We Chinese people eat yuanxiao at the Lantern Festival, which is the first day with a full moon of the new year. You see, the round and white ball is just like the full moon. That’s why we associate it with reunion and full luck. Making yuanxiao is really teamwork to create a harmonious family atmosphere. Ways of cooking it vary from place to place. Generally, they are steamed, boiled or fried. Some are served dry with sugar while others in soup.
